Fira sighed and walked to the transport van, covering her face.
"Of course we get a new girl who is better than me in everyway" she mumbled, getting into the van. She sighed before lighting the bush on fire again.

Oh, okay, if you want me to, I don't mind.

She said, looking over at Fira.

What is with her? Does she dislike me? I hope she won't try anything wierd, I don't want to have to harm anyone, she seems quite hostile towards me...

Gallant hopped into the back of the transport van behind Fira, hearing her mutter something. He sat down opposite her and asked "You say something, Fira? Sounded like you were mumbling."

 

[Scarim Coral]

Frost Knight understood and said "Shot gun!" He got into the driver seat and waited for everyone to get into the van.
Once everyone was inside, he started the engine and drive back toward to their Tower.

"Nah. I didn't say anything. I guess Cassandra can come" Fira muttered, still mad.
Just talk to her and you'll like her
She stood up and looked at Cassandra.
"Come on in" she said happily, or at least pretended to be happy.

She looked at the burning bush, putting it out again with a sigh, she walked towards the van, her eyes had turned completly yellow again.

Mind if I sit here?

She asked to Fira, finding that she needed to sit in a spot that had enough room for the girl she carried.

Gallant shrugged, relaxing in his seat. He figured to himself that Fira would talk about it in time. Until then, it wasn't worth bothering himself to figure it out.

"Not at all, my name's Fira by the way. Or did I already tell you that? Do you have a superhero name? I mean an Alias?" Bridget asked, firing the questions off one after another. Beginning to like Cassandra more and more now that she didn't seem so different.

She looked at Fira, she was slightly confused by her.

Why did she change her attitude so suddenly? O well, I should get to know her.

I'm known as Black Rose, simply because of this.

She said, pulling out a rose that was very unique, it had black petals, and the stem was black, the only thing that was red, was the thorns on it. She however, held it at the bottom of the stem, where the thorns were gone.

"Woah" Bridget though and said at the same time. She reached to grasp the thorn.
It's beautiful.

Be careful, it has thorns on it...

She said, handing the rose to Fira.

Frost Knight adjusted the rear view mirror to catch a glimpse of the rose. He though it was pretty. He quickly then readjust the mirror again before they notice he wasn't paying attention onto the road.

Bridget grabbed the rose and pricked herself on the thorns.
"Ow" she said before holding the scarred finger away and setting it on fire to cauterize it.
"So why were you at the bank" Bridget said still mezmerised by the rose.

Gallant looked at the rose in amazement. It was oddly beautiful to look at. He wanted to touch it, but he restrained himself, if for no reason other than to preserve his masculinity.

I was actually at a near by coffee shop, I noticed the fight, and couldn't help but think you needed help.

She said, her eyes turning to a dark green, as spoke.

I warned her about the rose... Thankfully I made sure it wasn't active before I gave it to her. Otherwise, it would be bad.

She glanced at the rose, noticing it was still just black, if it had been black with red on the tips of the petals... Well, it wouldn't turn out good...

"Is this thing...magical?" Bridget asked before blushing.
"I mean, does it have powers?" She asked, still embarrased.
Magical?

Well, to tell you the truth, yes it does. I don't know much about its properties, but it does have strange powers.

She said, looking at the girl who still rested on her shoulder.

She should be awake soon, my plant only drained a little energy from her, but it helped her get out of there...

Bridget, surprised that this thing actually had powers, threw it into Cassandra's lap.
"I was cut by it" she said, looking at the healed cut to see if it was going to infect her.

Don't worry, It isn't harmful, I know when it's harmful, and when it isn't.

She then raised the flower, and made sure Fira saw her hands.

Just to show you, I'll do this.

She said, as she let her finger get pricked by one of the thorns, and showed it to her.

That way, if anything happens to you, the same will happen to me, or maybe something worst.

She said, as she put the flower back into her hair, despite how it looked, it was quite durable.
