Let's see, we never had an actual shooting, but some hunters were expelled for forgetting their rifles in their pickup trucks, we've had bomb threats, kids beaten to within an inch of their lives for homophobic reasons, stabbings, kids running people down with cars in the parking lot, kids smoking weed in the bathrooms, instructors having sex with students, and lots of kids bringing vodka in Sprite bottles.
...Fucking rednecks.
My next school was much better. I was expelled from the first for being accused of making terrorist threats (kid had a knife to my throat screaming that I was going to blow up the school) The alternative school I ended up at was awesome.
No homophobia, no random violence, (still lots of potheads, though I think that contributed to lack of violence) we had martial arts for a Gym class, and after funding for that was cut, we started a "gentleman's fight club" at lunch. The principle never stopped us because things never got out of hand.
