Honestly, unless it is an actual photo of a real child currently under legal age, it should be legal.
Hell, how do you even define the age of a fictional character? one could draw a 4 year old having sex and the artist could say that's she's actually 89 years old.
And there are people around in real life who have stopped aging:
That girl is 16 years old. 3 years from now, she would be of legal age.

In the United States there has been a giant trend for the past few decades at getting MORE crimes reported. Crime rates didn't go up in the past decades, they have simply been more well kept track of.

I have a question, it sounds like the bill will just be moving more things into an adult only section of stores, something like this could be a kiss of death here for a lot of series do to a lack of places to pick them up I'd like to know if it would be the same story in Japan, so how common are adult only sections in Japan?
