I say all of the ones from Nintendo (Link, Kirby,Samus etc.)and Gordon Freeman. But at the very top of my list is Jack from Bioshock because the fact that he doesnt talk adds to the who "A Man Chooses, A Slave Obeys" theme of the game. Also Delta can be squeezed somewhere in there....

Rudy(Wild Arms 1, aside form a blink and you'll miss it line after saving Calamity Jane, this gut is awesome. The guy cuts of his own arm to escape the villian.

I'm tempted to put in the MCs of P3 and 4 but they do engage in conversation and call out persona names.
