I've never been sure about this... Which is 12AM and which is 12PM? As in which is midday and which is midnight?
12PM is midday, 12AM is midnight.

It's easy to remember if you think about it this way: Would 12:01PM be in the day, or the night?

Isn't it obvious?
OP, how come ghosts/gods/dragons don't talk to people as much now as they used to?

Sheppard's Pie. I am currently eating it.

I'd like to talk about how awesome Sheppard's Pie is. But, I'm sure you already know that.

Now, I'm going to stop typing this, and go back to eating my delicious Sheppard's Pie.

Nom Nom Nom.
Actually, I didn't know how awesome it is, but thanks to looking into this thread I have now learned the true ways of the Sheppards.

Thank you <3

"All things come to an end" (Not an emo thread, it more about which shows, books etc you would hate to see to end or dicuss which media would not died out e.g. DC recent reboot).
"How do you judge the valve of a product?"
#1. I would hate to see Star Wars go away. It's been with me all my life, and it defined my taste in music and fiction. Even with how bloated and flawed the newer material is, if the older films eventually degraded beyond repair, a part of me would die inside.

#2. Well, first we have to determine what practical application a valve system would have on a given product. Obviously a water system would be the ideal source for a valve, but for a television? I don't know. /idiot response.

I'd say that the value of an object is subjective. If someone feels they got their money's worth, then that justifies the value they bout the product with.

Homogenization. The popular variations of all these supernatural, fantastical or religious figures have been distilled to the most monetarily valuable stereotype. The mad god. The western style Dragon. The "Paranormal Activity" ghost.

It comes down to a lack of imagination as a writer rips off another.

Well I don't make threads at all but in the spirit of things here are some things I don't think are important enough to merit a whole thread:

Your language is not "American" its bloody English (not important enough for a thread, still important)

SOPA. God I'm so tired of it. The threads have finally slowed down as of late, but I'm still paranoid they're going to come back at any moment. Once burned twice shy and all that...

2. Why is Half Life 2: Episode 1 not called Half Life 3: Episode 1, considering there a;ready was a Half Life 2?

3. Gun was a really good game. You should play it.

4. If I were to make a My Little Pony thread about discussing an episode, would it anger you?

5. I like the rain. It is very soothing and relaxing.

6. Is Canada a nice place to live? Nowhere in particular, just the country in general.
2. I wonder this too.
3. What's it about?
4. No. Unless it had spoilers in the title.
5. Makes me feel powerful, if inside. I laugh at nature's might.
6. So I hear.

1) I think that the word "blatherskite" is cool. Does anyone else know of any other cool words?

2) I like science jokes. Tell me some good ones, please.

"Argon walks into a bar. The bartender says 'We don't serve your kind here.' Argon doesn't react."

Oh. Well they haven't really gone anywhere. Ghosts at least just troll the internet nowadays.
