I've never been sure about this... Which is 12AM and which is 12PM? As in which is midday and which is midnight?

12PM is midday, 12AM is midnight.

It's easy to remember if you think about it this way: Would 12:01PM be in the day, or the night?

#1. I would hate to see Star Wars go away. It's been with me all my life, and it defined my taste in music and fiction. Even with how bloated and flawed the newer material is, if the older films eventually degraded beyond repair, a part of me would die inside.

#2. Well, first we have to determine what practical application a valve system would have on a given product. Obviously a water system would be the ideal source for a valve, but for a television? I don't know. /idiot response.

I'd say that the value of an object is subjective. If someone feels they got their money's worth, then that justifies the value they bout the product with.

Homogenization. The popular variations of all these supernatural, fantastical or religious figures have been distilled to the most monetarily valuable stereotype. The mad god. The western style Dragon. The "Paranormal Activity" ghost.

It comes down to a lack of imagination as a writer rips off another.
