Ducks, and girls two years younger than me. I am not clarifying until there is interest.
On a related note, I'm afraid of people about 3-5 years older and younger than me. Because I have no idea how they work. (BTW this is me showing interest, so spill! :)

OT: my "irrational" fear is probably long legged spiders and flies. I say probably because they don't scare me when I've seen them earlier, but a few day ago I found a long legged spider in the shower (while showering) and I screamed like a little girl Manly Man! I don't like being surprised like that.
Also a friend of mine's dad swallowed a crane fly once. Not on purpous, he was yawning and it flew into his mouth... (>_<)

Mkay, the ducks is fairly simple. A few weeks ago this duck kept on following me and watching me. For several hours. Me being paranoid, it really sucked.

And for the younger girls? I knew one who was two years younger. She's kind of insane (for some reason, she has a meat cleaver) and kind of freaked me out. Several dreams of her trying to kill me later, as well as never wanting to talk to her again for other reasons, has kind of unsettled me.

I kind of wish it was more interesting than that.

Well I do see the irrational part, but why just the 2 years difference phobia?
Does that mean if the girl would have been say 5 years older, you would have been afraid of girls 5 years older than you?

Probably. Once again, it's an irrational fear.

OT: Spiders. Mostly harmless, tiny, easy to kill/get rid of, yet still creepy as FUCK. If I see a spider in my room, I will NOT sleep until it is dead. Which is a shame, because sometimes when I leave the room to go get some kleenex, the spider has disappeared by the time I get back. Then we have a problem.

Heights, though that one isn't stupid or irrational.
I disagree. Fear of heights is ridiculous.

Fear of falling, on the other hand...
Really? You think so? Watch this video and get back to me.

PS: I know that you said fear of falling was reasonable, I really just wanted to post this video.

Fear of black people(they just always look so menacing!)
Fear of dialing the wrong number even though I take it from my phone's memory agenda.
You make me a sad panda.

But now I feel more badass because I'm menacing.

For some reason, I am always a little worried that I will trip and take my toenails off. Yeah... I have never understood why either.
Me too, I never pick things with any of my nails because I'm scared they'll rip off.
Yay! I am not alone in my stupid fear about taking toenails off! :D
I actually saw a girl do the exact thing once, On a school camp. It came clean off
Don't make it worse! D:

Any fear that does not involve you being physically harmed in any way I'd consider irrational.
I might be being picky here but how about fear of something happening to someone else? Is that irrational? From a self preservation point of view it is I suppose.

I believe pretty much the same thing but I would say "physically or mentally harm". You could be afraid of being lost on a desert island and being alone for the rest of your life. Might be plenty of food and water but the psychological aspect is the scary part.

Most people have a fear of someone entering their home while they are out and taking their things. No physical harm but still traumatic.
