I remember this show from way back when. I can't remember enough to say something intelligent about it though, except everyone loves ratrap.

I prefered the sequel beast machines.
Hey wait a minute isn't this just a mutation of my thread only more popular.
Damn it all to hell, exept transformers of course that would be regretable.

Best show ever.

Action, adventure, romance, revenge, redemption, death, nostalgia and even suicide.

This show had a bit of everything, it was just amazing.

You had a thread like this...I wasn't aware of that fact...Sorry...
I could never get into Beast Machines as much as I did with Beast Wars...I think it was because I liked Silverbolt as well and all of a sudden he was missing...Then I did some research later and found out he turned into a bad guy like Rhinox...WTF!

I can't remember the suicide except Dinobot contemplating it at the beginning of Code of hero...But it was shocking to find a show like that when I was younger...If only there could be shows like that now...

That show raised me more than my actual parents did. It is the epitome of awesomeness. In the words of the almighty..."We're all gonna die"

I'm 100% sure that I have 2 action figures lying around at home. Those, AND the game.... crap, I'm going to look for it now and hope the disc isn't scratched too badly

After re-watching, I still find Megatron to be my favorite out of the characters. He made plotting look so easy, and let's not forget his way of saying "Yeeesss".

Though Ravage had a nice appearance as well.

As for poor Waspinator...well, at least he didn't die, right?

-Ratrap to Optimus, hate to interrupt your picknick but we've got BIG pred problems!
-Just hold on Rattrap. You and Rhinox are our last hope. Defend the... defend the... There he is my little guy, there he is MY little guy, isn't he cute?
-That's not what I wanted to hear...

Priceless!

Which one? Edit: Oh, you said in an edit

A lot of characters died in this show (Especially the 3rd season finale). It was actually kinda shocking to see death so much in a show many considered for kids (I think it is for almost anyone).

Wow I still sometimes get in the mood for watching that show. I stand by this next statement: Beast Wars is one of the greatest animated shows of all time. I mean with characters like Dinobot, Rampage, Depth Charge, and Tarantulas...it tops any of today's "kids" shows for sure.

Ah, yes, I remember that, the plot holes, the predictability, the Tarantula guy... good times, good times.

Ahh, a walk down memory lane. Haven't talked about this series for years, but I gotta agree with post #1, this series was a cleaver's cut above the crud they're pumping out now.

My favorite character is Cheetor, such a cool looking character, and my favorite moment in the series has got to be when the characters went transmetal: You can't outrun a cheetah with rockets nailed to his back!
