Trapped! A Survival Horror RP - Chapter 6: Have We Escaped Yet?

MasterSqueak / Jedoro / RareDevil:

The zombies are all dead, but during the fight Leanne has disappeared.

MasterStratus:

You walk down the street, its eerily quiet. You look around to check your surroundings, and something thumps into you. You're knocked to the ground, and see a girl ran into you. She has dyed blonde hair and a University bag.

 

[Jedoro]

Looking back at Kelsey as she ran up, Tyler noticed that someone was missing.

"Hey, where'd Leanne go?" he asked. Kelsey looked back and shrugged. "Leanne! Where are you?" He walked around a bit, trying to see down some nearby streets.

 

[MasterStratus]

Kevin walked down the street, daydreaming about how he would be able to tell this story to people, if he survived.
How would he tell it?
Would he be the hero?
Or would just just be one of the ones hiding in a department store, waiting for it all to end?

Suddenly, he felt someone run into him.
He tumbled to the ground, and quickly turned to see what had happened.
As soon as he turned around, he caught a glimpse of a girl with blonde hair.
He quickly scrambled to his feet and backed away.

"Who are you? Are you one of...those?" He asked, while getting ready to sprint in the other direction.

Jedoro:

You see in the very distance down the road, Leanne is sitting in the street, she seems to have bumped into something...

 

[Jedoro]

"What the hell are you doing, Leanne?" Tyler yelled, running to catch up with her.

MasterStratus:

The girl looks up at you. "Well if i was one of those things I wouldn't tell you would I." She said, sounding hysterical.

She stands up and looks behind her. "Oh... They got rid of the zombies..."

She yells at another person running after her. "I thought they were gonna kill me Tyler!"

 

[MasterStratus]

"Or maybe you would. They don't seem to be too smart, doesn't seem like they would understand the element of surprise." Kevin replied.
"Anyways, since you're clearly not a zombie and trying to eat everyone, what are you going to do? To be frank, I'm fucking lost with all this. I'm like a retarded puppy trying to find it's way through a maze."

Kevin, now feeling more comfortable, stood normally.
He wouldn't have any need to make a quick run for the hills any time soon.

 

[Jedoro]

"Come on," Tyler replied, stopping in front of her to catch his breath, "you gotta trust us. Splitting up will only get us killed, so we should get back to the others." He looked over at the guy in front of her. "Friend of yours?"

 "A retarded... what?!?" The girl looks at Kevin weird. She beings to look a little shifty.

"I dunno, I just ran into him." Leanne says to Tyler.

 

[Jedoro]

"Tyler, nice to meet you, man," he said, offering his hand to the stranger.

 

[MasterStratus]

"Name's Kevin, nice to be met. If you need it, there're some supplies inside that store." He said while gesturing towards the drugstore.
"If you do go in, just use the back door that I went apeshit on."

 

[Jedoro]

"Nah, we should have enough for now," Tyler replied. "A few more of us were just about to go into the library, if you wanna come with us." Turning away from Kevin and back to Leanne, he nodded his head back towards the others.

"Everyone's okay, so let's go back there."

Leanne follows Tyler back, not saying a word.

"Alright, I suppose I'll come along. I don't really know what else to do, and there's power in numbers, y'know?" Kevin replied while reaching into his pack for an apple.

 

[Jedoro]

"Amen to that. We're actually on a scavenger hunt, and next on the list is the President's daughter. I could only think to look at the library, though, but I'm not sure that she's here." Regrouping with the others, Tyler began to introduce the others. "Let's see, you've already met Leanne, and then-"

"I'm Kelsey," she interrupted, "the one with the frying pan is Eric, and Army guy is Dean. And you are?"

MasterSqueak / Jedoro / RareDevil / MasterStratus:

You all enter the Library, in the lobby there is a desk, but it is deserted. All the doors are shut. There is one to the left with a sign "Children's Library" And a door to the right. There is also a staircase next to the desk that leads upstairs.

Options:
1. Go left
2. Go right
3. Go upstairs
4. Other

 

[MasterStratus]

"My name's Kevin Stratus, it's nice to meet you all." He said.
"So I suppose the idea is that if you find the President's daughter, they'll rescue you too? I suppose that'd work, but the major problem is finding her before any other survivors that might be out there. Once they get her, this city's gonna be fucking blown off the map." He stated, in between bites of his apple.

 

[Jedoro]

"Yeah, but other survivors don't have a direct line to the President," Tyler replied as they walked inside. Seeing a few closed doors, Tyler motioned for Kelsey to listen through the one leading to the Children's Library, while he put his ear to the one on the right.

 

[MasterStratus]

"I suppose. I wasn't saying it's a bad plan, don't get me wrong. It's great." He said, while chucking his apple core into a nearby trash bin.

Leanne walked over to the desk, and checked the phone. "Nope, this one is out too." She said, her eyes darting madly around the room. Looking more uncomfortable by the second, she sat on the desk and watched the others.
