Trapped! A Survival Horror RP - Chapter 6: Have We Escaped Yet?

Eric's eyes widened.

"Shit."

He put an arm in front of Tyler.

"Alright, just stay calm, don't move...damn it, does anyone have any medical supplies?"

Yvonne panicked a little. "No, I don't, sorry." She rushed slightly ahead on the stairs, ignoring the blood smears on the wall.
"There might be a first aid box down here.." She said to herself.

"Look, I'm fine, I can keep moving," Tyler mentioned, slowly lowering Eric's arm. "At least let me keep going until we actually find the first aid kit, and then I'll stop, alright?"

"Maybe he knows what he's doing, Tyler," Kelsey suggested. "Yeah, you've taken your share of beatings and know your limits are pretty high, but this might be serious."

Yvonne walked slowly into the lower room, there were pipes coming out of the walls.
"I guess that's where all the icky water goes." She said to herself, looking around for a first aid box. She spotted a red cabinet on a wall, but it was only a fire bucket.

Eric lowered his arm.

"Fine, but I think you may have a concussion. And the bullet in your side."

 

[SimpleChimp]

Dean pulled open the first aid pouch on his LBE and handed eric gauze and a tourniquet. "This is all the army gives unless your a medic. They say a tourniquet can stop the bleeding and wont damage the limb for hours. I figured we could use it to make a make shift bandage. . ."

He looked over to Yvonne "It's a Cadence, 'Old King Cole'"

"This place is creepy." said Kayla as they walked through the dark tunnels. "I want to get out of here as fast as possible."

"Yeah I know." agreed Will who was sore from being crushed by two men. "So how far do you think this processing plant or whatever it is?"

"Hmm..." Yvonne thought for a while, forgetting to answer Will. They walked deeper through the plant, until they heard a strange roaring sound, that was almost human..

Eric did his best to create a makeshift bandage for Tyler.

"There you g-"

He paused as he heard the roar. He gulped.

"What was that?"

"I dunno, but it came from over there..." Yvonne said, hiding behing Dean and pointing down the left passageway. Although it was dark, there was a large figure visible ahead.

Eric snapped his pistol up at the figure.

"Crap, crap, crap, it's the frickin' Nemesis!"

He took a deep breath.

"Well, at least we're probably at the final boss."

"Whats a namises...?" Yvonne asked, as the creautre lumbered towards them, as it passed by a low hanging light, they could see it was horribly mutated, with huge spikes sticking out of its shoulders, and dark red claws that were dripping with blood.
Yvonne squealed. "M-maybe we should go the other way? Before it see's us?" She suggested.

 

[SimpleChimp]

"I'll hold it off" Dean said swinging his M4A1 to the ready position.

"Get the fuck out now"

As the group made their retreat Dean began to feed bullets into the beasts face, back peddling as he shot.

Eric fired his pistol at the creature, while moving back.

"Ladies and wounded first!"

Yvonne ran ahead. Although she would never say it, she was suddenly glad of the 'ladies first' rule.
She got to a door with a valve on it, and tried to turn it.
"Grr, it won't budge!" She said, pulling it both ways, but it didn't loosen.

The monster roared in pain, and started walking towards them faster, although it couldn't run due to the narrow passageways.

Eric's gun clicked empty, and he hurriedly reloaded before continuing to fire at the thing.

"Tyler! Toss me your shotgun!"

 

[SimpleChimp]

"Shit!" Dean fired on the thing, reloaded, then fired some more, "Fucking Shit! Does this thing just eat bullets?"
