Cannot prove. Not doesn't believe.

Take famous billionaires out and it's true. Obviously. Why does Trump being famous and a billionaire make it impossible in this case.
But if one is not taking her word that he put his dick in her, why believe any of it, especially given how un-credible it all is (that he attacked her in relative public somehow knowing she wouldn't make a peep)? The same evidence used to find against him at all is the evidence used regarding what he did with his dick. Her word.
Famous billionaires have something to lose where as, that loon on the subway car that raped a woman as others filmed him on their cell phones? Likely doesn't have deep pockets and could actually use 3 hots and cot.

What, the rich and powerful are moral because of it? That is not how the world works.

I'm just writing that Trump has something to lose, while the guy in the subway case does not, making me doubt the story as someone with something to lose isn't going to rape a woman in public while that loon on the subway did so.

Trump and whoever it was on the subway aren't the only people to have assaulted women in public, it's a depressingly common event.

My wife told me about a time she brushed off some guy hitting on her in a club, so he pushed her against a wall and groped her breasts and slobbered over her face and neck, with his bunch of mates standing around to reduce everyone's sight. She shouted and struggled, for all the good it did her. (Needless to say, no-one intervened.) This is what some people do. This is what happens in the world out there.

At core, you are making a lot of completely arbitrary assumptions about Trump.

What makes you assume Trump thought she didn't want it? Trump might believe her assent to shop with her was also an implicit invitation to more, or Trump might to some extent think himself such hot property that he just assumes women want a piece of him. Have you considered that Trump might have very different risk assessment? He has compulsions - including thinking with his dick - and just went for it, or that maybe Trump has done this before and always got away with it, and so has learnt that he can get away with it and there is minimal risk?

I say this to make the point that your arguments here are not actually based on a real Trump. It's a fictional Trump you have made up to explain a conclusion for why he couldn't have assaulted someone. You are simply not thinking about all sorts of real-life behaviours that real people have (and which are not even that rare), and refusing to accept that any of them might apply to Trump. Even when Trump says that he can just grab women by the pussy, you still refuse to entertain the fact he might actually act like that.

I can believe that Trump followed her into the dressing room and grabbed her by the pussy and she rejected him. Seems possible. He then would have shrugged, said "oh well, plenty of other women would be thrilled to get my attention" and that was the end of it. That story will NOT sell books. But claiming he raped her? That's a story.
In a case such as this, I write we need something more than simply possible. It needs to be proven to be more likely true than not. And the proof in this case appears to be that she could really sell it while he comes across like a used car salesperson. I do not think that is enough, especially now that so many years have gone by, I don't know how, if he is actually innocent of all of this, he can defend himself. There's a reason we have statutes of limitations.

You wrote something to the effect that there weren't many people in the store at the time. She cannot tell us even what year this happened. How do we, for instance, check the registers to show there was little to no business happening around the time of the alleged assault? View security camera footage? We can't. Again, we don't even know what year this allegedly took place but can be certain after even a dozen years, these sorts of records would have been disposed of.

Fine. But that means that you agree that it is credible that he did what the jury found him responsible for - sexual assault. Remember, preponderance of evidence is the standard for a civil case: the minute you accept that the accusation is credible, you're a long way there.

But I find it just as likely that it didn't happen. None of it. And the only evidence we really have is her testimony. They found her very credible. Isn't it scary that someone can be charged with something so serious where the only material evidence is from the testimony of a person that stands to gain millions? I think so.
So did Bill Clinton. And yet he raped a(t least one) woman and didn't lose much of anything.
Is he accused of doing so in relative public? I'd not heard of it.
And Paula Jones took Clinton for nearly a million bucks. Before what Carrol claims happened. And she said she didn't report it as she didn't think ordinary women could be believed against a powerful man. After PJ got that much money just cuz Clinton allegedly stuck his dick in her face and said, "kiss it", let alone for a rape.

I think it's worrying for people who boast about their sexual exploits and grabbing women by the pussy, and who appear to have done that to many women considering the number of women willing to testify against them. If that's not you, stop worrying. I know I will be sleeping soundly tonight.

The USA has a lot of multi-millionaires and billionaires, and other powerful people. Why do you think people are gunning for Donald Trump but not Michael Dell or Charles Koch? What about all the women who complained about Harvey Weinstein, but Bob Iger and Kevin Feige seem to be in the clear? Why was Bill Clinton in trouble and not Bush Jr. or Obama? The simple measure of how little you need to worry is the vastly larger number of people it doesn't happen to.

There's an incredibly simple answer to this. It's not crazy, lying, evil women, it's not a dodgy legal system, it's that every single one of these guys are sexually exploitative or predatory. The real problem is actually that no-one took them down much earlier.

I think it troubling when "the man" dislikes someone and suddenly there are sexual misconduct charges being levied against them. Did Julian Assange ever really rape someone? Andrew Tate is facing charges so vague they seem impossible to defend against.

I know there's a response video to this I need to review.

EDIT: I concede, the charges against Tate, true or not, sound a lot more serious than those he describes to Tucker.

Alternatively, one could ask if anyone would have tried to prosecute him for the crime he committed if there weren't political reasons to do so.

How many famous people can you name who've been seriously accused of sexual assault? Now how many famous people are there - in the USA alone?

Did Julian Assange ever really rape someone?
Julian Assange is reputedly a prize asshat - selfish, self-absorbed, self-important. I think ithat he liked to fuck plenty of women whilst treating them with very little consideration, and it's very plausible he crossed a line. And then we have...

It is genuinely astonishing to me that anyone can listen to Andrew Tate and think he's not exactly the sort of person likely to sexually exploit, abuse and assault women. I just don't understand that weird thing where people openly tell us what they think, and for some reason people refuse to draw the logical conclusions.

I worry about the not so famous too. I have no way to prove it but my best friend and my step brother both lost jobs due to what I think are false accusations of misconduct. An Air Force buddy tells me of losing a job as well as a woman asked him to inspect a thing she was holding. So that it wouldn't be dropped he held her hand rather than the item itself to look it over. Nice job while it lasted. When I was in the USAF a fellow tried to convince me that at Lackland, where I had basic training, there was an on base day care that was actually a witches coven and children were being molested. And more.
I think it (exaggerated or out right false claims) happens a lot more than you'd think. I do concede ever since Joe Biden was accused of committing a digital rape, the "believe all women" crowd did quiet down some.

Trump knew what he did was and is wrong. That's why his ass is in so much trouble and he keeps getting into trouble. I'm not surprised some of the usual suspects are making excuses or trying to act as if the victims are to blame. As far as Andrew Tate is concerned, his ass is going to jail and he'll be rotting in it for all eternity. He created the hell for himself. Him and his evenly dumbass brother. Both are these "sigma male" scumbags involved with human trafficking. You can't make excuses for that. They're nothing more but prison bitches now. The only ones who fall for their crap are those already in his echo chamber or don't want to see what they're doing is wrong, just so they can sleep comfortably and have their own pathetic fantasy with a million mental gymnastics and gas lighting.

Unless Trump, a multi billionaire and public figure with a reputation to guard
Do you mean Trump, the multi billionaire and public figure who even after being caught in tape saying "grab them by the pussy" won the fucking Presidential Election? I think his actions and the results speak louder about how fragile Trump considers his reputation than theoretical assumptions.

So, you buy that he raped Carrol in a store with customers and staff milling about? I do point out it is possible in that a loon raped a woman on a train as fellow passengers simply recorded the thing on their phones but I'm not being a contrarian here. I do not believe he stuck his penis in her while she, for no reason as she tells us she didn't "freeze", remained quiet as a mouse. The case should have been thrown out for lack of credibility.

I did write elsewhere that I do think it possible he grabbed her by the privates in an attempt to seduce her figuring they were secluded enough, she rebuffed him and that was that but, as I think she lied about him penetrating her with his penis as I think to think otherwise is crazy, untrue in one thing, untrue in all. I therefore cannot buy that any of this happened at all.

If he lose it, he can get it back (at least he thinks he can).
My question to you still stands. Do you think Trump rammed his penis into this woman's vagina, raping her, in a store with customers and staff milling about? And that she stayed absolutely silent for no reason as he did it. He either knew she would stay silent or didn't care about getting caught with his pants literally down as he raped a woman in relative public? My answer to that question is, no, I think that is ridiculous. You?
