What's fun is to watch China and the US play reverse Pong with the North Korean military.

We declare an exercise and move troops around in South Korea, so the NDK build up their army to the north of the DMZ. Then the Chinese decide to hold an exercise outside of the NDK border, so then North Korea shifts their entire army to the border with China. And then the US will do something that causes the NDK army to shift back. And it goes on for months in a row.

At least the North Korea army is getting a good workout riding their bikes back and forth. It's kind of cruel, but I think the US and China are both doing this together as a joke.

EDIT: Anyone who thinks the US secretly runs North Korea is full of shit. The Chinese wouldn't stand for it. There would be a ground war between the US and China before they let us have a giant foothold right next to their country (because North and South Korea united under US control would be like the biggest threat to the Chinese).

Ok, I accept that I have talked about the end of the earth before but the chances of the Yanks(America) would go to war over a bloody missal launch is so unlikely that you have more chance of Israel getting a life. plus why would the Yanks go to war in the first, mainly because if there is one thing I know about the Yanks and that is that never go to war the same place twice.
Err, the two world wars would beg to differ.

Oh and I didn't inquire about the death of Kim, I was the one talking about Space Satellite Shark Lasers.

No, I'm almost crying from the epic durr. I made a well reasoned statement and it got pretty much ignored. I didn't hit quote on its last because I fear if I say its name it'll be summoned. My point was that these people are maintaining a high baseline level of crazy out of tradition and have been for 60 years after attempting to take a country by force and institute communism over what TODAY is one of the best places in east Asia to live. Throwing flowers may not work.

Maybe because it's a war on america that is being led from the inside.

Biggest inside job ever. Piss off everyone in the world with that "U.S. army" some people entrusted to you and then just flee to Dubai leaving your army and your people behind. Sounds like a good plan, now all you need is motives to send those troops on the battlefield far from the eyes of people who actually have a brain.

Hopefully the nuclear attacks start before Thursday so I don't have to hand in my paper.

That sound exactly like that I said. They got their own opinions on stuff and we got our own opinions on that same stuff next thing you know the two sides are disagreeing and then war was declared.

Everything in between is not really important... it's just to brainwash fools into thinking that it's a good idea to sacrifice their own life to defend a line that has been drawn on the floor.
Uh, dude. Who are North Korea's military allies?

NO ONE.

The only ally the NDK has is itself. China isn't an ally, but a deterrent for invasion. But if North Korea decided to declare war on the US the next day, China would be all over their shit in an instant. China doesn't want any war over there - it's disruptive to their commerce and their influence in the region. The last thing China wants is someone to give the US and it's allies a reason to stop buying Chinese stuff and selling China food and oil.

I'd think if North Korea declared war on the US, China would invade them and put an end to their shit. They've only existed as long as they have with tolerance from China because China has other shit to worry about at the moment. All it takes is one stupid moment, and they are on China's shitlist.

And it's not some US conspiracy, you moron. Stop yapping like a retard.

I personally don;t give a shit what happens to North Korea, its China that interests me. North Korea thinks their the little brother of China. Whether that is recipricated by China is a different matter.

Maybe North Korea is trying to get a conflict started between China and the rest of the world.

I'm not nervous because they can't hit me. What are they going to do, row over here in boats, walk across the country and shoot me?

They can't hit us. They can barely hit Japan.

On top of that I seriously doubt they WOULD attack us, or Japan.. or anyone.

I'm more afraid of getting hit by lightning than I am of North Korea doing anything against me.

This may be me just being a horrible person, but I feel this could make life way more interesting, also, if the shit really hits the fan. And a little war time economy boom never hurt anyone, unless they got hurt by machinery, in which case it probably hurt a lot.

Especially if you SHARE A DIRECT BORDER WITH CHINA.

I mean, one reason China isn't directly a threat to the US right now is because A. they haven't really pushed their fleet around or seriously upgraded it for transport and B. China is not directly connected to the US. They have to go over the ocean or through Russia and into Alaska. But China isn't going to do that. Why threaten your trade empire with the US and the rest of the world over a little shitty country that considers their leaders god-figures?

Now, North Korea, on the other hand, is only one small thin line away from being part of the Chinese nation.

I really have no idea what you're saying here. The NKs are plotting to start a fight and run? Getting paid by the US to do so? Why would we economically wipe out a close trading partner? As far as a battlefield far from the eyes of people with a brain, it would be a battlefield which already exists and bisects the country. It's a battlefield within long artillery range of one capital and a two hour's flight at maximum from the other. There are General Rippers that still exist on the inside because they've grown up inside a box of carefully crafted delusion and don't just disagree with the West, they think they're the last bastion against evil and a worker's paradise. There are those who will die and kill to protect that delusion and the last thing we want to do as a nation is touch that off. Sorry. The US is NOT looking for war here. Not the case.

Except a ground war with North Korea would disrupt the trade and good will between China. Neither of our countries want that, and it wouldn't be an economic boost since it actually DISRUPTS trade between us.
