Unforgivable Gaming Sins

Iv never played a SMT or a Persona game.
And JRPGS are one of my favorite types of games.

Why is liking JRPG's a sin?
My sins...having never played a Zelda game, and hating GTA.

I didn't mean me liking JRPGs as a Sin but, most of the SMT and Persona fans will nag you untill you play one of the games if your a JRPG fan.
And, apparently, real fans have already played them.

I prefer linear RPGs to open ones. I have the compulsive need to make sure I miss nothing in RPGs be it a weapon, item or quest. So in an open world this is just too hard which is why I prefer linear RPGs.

I play World of Warcraft.

And love it.

There's about 11,000,000 people out there who would disagree about that being a sin.

Just saying.

Believe it or not, not all of those "11 million" are individuals. Plenty of people (mostly in the hardcore scene) have 3-4 accounts for 'multi-boxing.'

Plus, LOTS of that 11 million don't play much else, and therefore don't factor into the gaming populace at large.

I don't like 99% of shooters.
I don't like consoles.
I don't think Starcraft and Warcraft were the best RTSes ever created.
I find jRPG boring, especially Pokemon series.

And, generally i don't believe in 'gamers sins', because i don't like elitism. Everyone likes something different, and as long as the market generally spits out something for everyone, it's good.

I liked prototype more than infamous.

I really don't like the GTA games.

I prefer Rise of Nations to starcraft of warcraft.

I absolutely HATE the half life series.

If that's the case, then let the power of Christ compel me. I hated the Half Life series.....

Here, here! The only thing Valve related I liked was Portal and erm... Steam.

I didn't like Twilight Princess
I think Kingdom Hearts is by far one of the best games ever.
I've never played a Final Fantasy game.

I didn't think GTA4 was anywhere near as good as previous titles in the series.

I also loved the game Firestriker (look it up) on the SNES even though it was absolutely appalling, so I'm probably condemned just for that.

OT: I can't think of any gaming sins, but I have one for film. I prefer Batman Begins over The Dark Knight.

I love the Halo Series(I've downloaded every DLC add on too), I played Oblivion and I came away hating it, I loved Fallout 3, I now hate Nintendo, Im not the least bit excited for nor did I ever give a damn about Starcraft 2, and to top this list of sins off I think that all 11 million people that play WoW are the biggest collective of losers to ever exist,

No, it's a sin to dislike Nintendo. Modern video gaming owes it's existence to Nintendo, you young'uns best remember that!
