I'm an adolescent male, and I'm not a huge fan of Gears of War or Modern Warfare 2. The latter is somewhat fun, but I prefer Valve's games.

Left 4 Dead 2 was hard for me to get into playing. I kind of feel like I wasted a Christmas present buying it.

You know that thing you don't like about Zelda games?
You know, that thing?
Yeah, I like that, I can guarantee you.
[small]Except the treasure hunt in the later parts of wind waker. What a load of bollocks.[/small]
You mean the fact that Link can't speak? Cause that's what I hate most.

Spending like 3 hours f*cking around in Twilight Princess to get a fish so I could catch a cat and give it back to some fat lady so she'd sell me a bottle of milk or some shit! WHAT THE HELL NINTENDO THAT IS NOT FUN!

Lets see...

I own over 100 games for the 360, of which I have played maybe a third.

I have almost 100 arcade games for the 360, but have played maybe 20.

I hardly ever finish the games I start, and almost never get 100% completion.

I have bought EVERY Guitar hero game at some point or another (and still own all except the original and rock the 80s.), despite the fact rock band is FAR better.

I have over 600 downloadable songs for the rock band series, but hardly ever play with anyone else because I am sick of people online not having any DLC.

I don't hate RTS, but I never play them because I suck. Same with most FPS.

I never actually played portal.

I got so frustrated with Half-life 2 that I gave up midway through.

I have played online shooter games a grand total of once, and that was with MW2.

I thought Fallout 3 was fun, but hated the book collecting.

The number "9" bugs me for reasons I cannot explain. because of this when I play games I try very hard to make it so that the achievements I get don't have that number in the score.

I used to "screen watch" when I was younger(who hasn't?). I rented Mass Effect, and I couldn't get into it. I returned it 3 days early. Same thing happened with Oblivion and Fallout 3. I rented them, and returned them before they were due because I couldn't get into them. It might have been because I had a limited amount of time to play them so I couldn't get far enough to get into the story.

Please don't kill me.

Hurray, other people who sucked at that game! Cheating is WRONG and you should feel bad you cheating cheater who cheats! Real gamers never need cheats. Especially not me. Ever. Especially not ever in Mount and Blade. That's probably the game I've not cheated in the most.

sandbox games bore me to death, including GTA, Far Cry, Red Dead redemption, dead rising, etc. I prefer linear games...

- The internet died when it became too easily accessible

- Gaming died when it became to easy

- Gaming died when it became so mainstream

- The RTS genre ended when people stopped playing Age of Empires 2 and the Command and Conquer series ended with RA-2, Generals can join in too.

Oh yeah

- Planetside was the one and only original MMO, and by far the best FPS ever :)

I like the Final Fantasy series but I think FF7 is nothing special now, it was just speical when it came out

I think Halo had a pretty cool story...never liked the actual gameplay or online play

I think Fallout 3 is better then the first two in most regards

All new Zelda games are crap, why play something that had absolutly nothing new to add to the series (excluding Wind Waker)

Starcraft is a horrible RTS...way to slow on the resource collection and I think it has a bad balance between races

Every Pokemon game after Red and Blue is a boring carbon copy of Red and Blue, except they took some pokemon and duct taped some extra arms and faces on

I actually enjoy playing the Sims, even though I eventually kill my entire Sims family for the heck of it

And probably the worst of all, I don't think the PS3 is any better then the Xbox 360 in any way, hardware, graphics, or games. But the PC is still king

I'm ready when you're ready, Fanboys.

Edit: I also haven't played any Final Fantasy's, And preferred Majora's Mask to every other Zelda game to date. There i'm done.

When playing Chrono Trigger, I used a Game Genie for a boss fight.
Afterwards, I didn't have the heart to finish the game.
...I'm sorry...

Sin? Uh... I hate Halo with a burning fiery passion? Nah, tons of people hate Halo. Most games that people call "retro" I call "ridiculously difficult and pointless?" Nah, there are tons of current gen snobs.
Wait... I've got it...

I think Silent Hill 1 is by far the best of the series.
FER SERIOUS.

A couple things, yeah. I haven't jumped on the "Every Sonic game in the last ten years has sucked" bandwagon, so according to some people I'm a furry fanboy who will buy anything with Sonic's face attached. It's not even that I LIKE every recent game. (Didn't care for Heroes, HATED Sonic 06)

Also, I think Beyond Good & Evil is a bit overrated. I liked it fine at first, but then the stealth sections came along. And it wasn't the fun kind of stealth, it's the sort that feels forced into the game without much thought put into it. Stealth only works when the game itself is built around it. There needs to be more to it other then just memorizing a guard's pattern and dashing by when he isn't looking. How about a more intricate cover system? Using shadows? Some sort of silent kill? Also, the game design is sometimes confusing. I remember wandering around one level for hours having no idea what to do, and when I checked GameFaqs I was amazed anyone had been able to figure it out. (I sadly don't remember the specifics of this. I'm sure I could if I looked it up)

Oh, and Portal isn't as amazing as everyone says. I don't dislike it, but I don't see it as a work of genius either.

Oh, oh! And I don't care for 2D Mario as much as most people. I like 3D Mario, but most 2D Mario's are a bit too repetitive. (With the exception of SMB3) They're fun in short bursts.

I feel I have committed the largest gaming sin possible, in disliking the orange box portal, and liking MW2.
I am sensing a lie, because your avatar is the the aperture science logo for portal.

I said BAR portal. Excuse me for the capital letters, I'm not familiar with how to bold things.
