Can you think of any games that were unique gems, no matter how you look at it, their worlds were creative beyond imagination and just left you wanting more. I don't mean just good games like GTA, COD or Red Dead, because those three are very basic concepts, there isn't much beyond development quality and gameplay elements that I can say is a great deal unique.
A few games come to mind:
- Oddworld games: So bizzare that the typical person could never think of it.
- Flower: A game that had no words, no talking no storyline, but still had more emotion, storytelling and climax than most games.
- Final Fantasy Universe: Square create worlds that constantly amaze me, linear or not, very few games replicate worlds as amazing to look at and monsters to fight against as Square.
I know quite a few more games, but lets see what pops up
