Chell finally woke with a start, "uh my head I feel like I do everytime darrel talks, like vomiting and punching something in RAGE." she said reaching for Steve's pokeball, when she could not find it, nor Charles River, or Ted Kord's, she was not a happy girl.
"STEVE, CR, Beetle, guys, where are you, not again." she mumbled.
"Damn it Darrel this is in some way all your fault." she grumbled at the jerkwad trainer

"Does the door swing in or out?" Sid grumbled, trying to get feel around for a wall. All he knew was that his head was pounding and something about a locked door.

As Chell shouted at him, Darrel stood up, launching into the position straight from sitting on the ground. The motion was rather inhuman. He walked up to Chell and stared at her with dead-looking eyes. In a quick motion he reached around and grabbed her ponytail, yanking it as hard as he could and brought it around so that she was now facing away from him.

"Shut up." He said. "Man, I have had it with all the nonsense that pours out of your mouth, and, really, it's even worse that nobody, you know, calls you out on it. I swear, if the next words out of your mouth are NOT a plan, or something, to get us out of here, I guess I'll have to pay you back for all the abuse you've piled on me since we met. Is that clear?"

Apparently Darrel has limits.

"Is this amount of abuse between random attacks on my pokemon, when I tried to keep you from being a moron and running off alone. So why don't you stop let go of me, and let the only one of ushere that manged to survive in the wild, for the better part of 3 years, take care of this shit. Or you could come up with something useful, you know that doesn't involve prevoking the crazy violent *****." she said, as Darrel pulled a little to hard, and her hair came undone.

"Stop it both of you!" Yelled Gereld, infuriated that a fight was going to happen here of all places. "Now Darrel, I'll admit, you are right that Chell does need a good talking do, but is now really the best time to do that? We are trapped in the bottom of a well, and being at each others throats is not needed."

As Chell's ponytail came undone, Darrel grabbed hold of it and wrapped the hair around his hand to give him a grip nearly as good as the one he had a moment ago.

"Okay, no. I wasn't gonna go off alone. You just snapped and started punching people. You're always picking on my Pokemon, you're always picking on me, and for some freaking reason people refuse to recognize how batshit you act all the time. I-I don't care about your motivations or your experience because, well, you show it really violently. To be honest, you're kind of dangerous. Even more than the people that captured us, I think. And, and I'm not letting go until I know you're going to do better, in the future."

Darrel was clearly extremely nervous, but was too far in to stop now. He heard Gereld, and said "That is, um, exactly my point. I can't trust someone that attacks me more often than, well, anyone. Even the enemy."

"Aww are you nervous there Darrel, your stammering. I'm not dangerous just quirky. Now go of my hair, I'm rather fond of it." she said in a sickeningly sweet voice.

All Darrel did to respond to Chell's request was to yank her hair a bit harder. "I may be nervous, b-but I'm not a pushover!" He shouted. "You are too dangerous. You're violent and you hurt people and you don't even see anything wrong with it. You've caused more physical harm to this team than Team Rocket. I, uh, I don't want to fight you, but I'll do what I have to, to make sure you're not a threat anymore."

Gereld stamped his foot, angry that these stone headed fools were willing to keep this fight going on. " We are stuck together at the bottom of a goddamn well, can you just let justified dislike slide for a while and help us figure a way out, instead of, you know, wasting our time? Is it too much to goddamn ask?"

"But someone's already working on the door." Darrel said to Gereld. "What the hell do you want me to do, sit in the corner and let Chell fuck up something else?"

Gereld glared back at Darrel and said, in a voice that was cold enough to freeze the air, yet quieter then he had been earlier, as if Gereld had gotten a hold of himself "You know what then, maybe we can give the only one actually working on getting us out some peace and goddamn quiet, hmm?"

Chell was sick of Darrel and his stupid shit, him pulling tighter on her hair, and Gerald's Badass speech of rightouos awesomeness, was the leverage she needed. she yanked her head forward hard enough leave Darrel holding nothing but a large clump of Brunette hair.
"Enjoy Darrel, now if you'll excuse me I'm going to sit down overthere and try to not be vicously assualted by you, Kthx" she said sitting down in Alex's arms

"Good enough for me." Darrel said to Chell. He walked back to his corner, shaking the hair off of his hand and sitting down. These people were complete idiots. They ignore the timebomb and go after the one trying to defuse it. He wondered to himself if he should even be traveling with such self-defeating imbeciles.

Gereld remained were he was, closed his eyes and, except for the lockpicking noises that were coming form the door, savoured the silence, glad that the idiot poking the sleeping bear and the proverbial sleeping bear had gone to seperate parts of The Cell.

Lily stirred gently in a pitch black room. She looked around, seeing nothing but more darkness in every direction. Not a flicker of light could be seen anywhere near the girl. This confused her, for she could see herself, her hands, legs, feet, arms, and torso just fine. Lily knew that she shouldn't be able to see anything if there was no light entering her eyes, yet she still was able to see in this endlessly big room.

Suddenly, out of the darkness appeared four strange Pokemon. They were large, dog like beasts, but they were not the Legendary Pokemon Lily was hunting after. There was a tall, proud, blue one, a thick, tough, grey one, a lithe, feminine, green one, and a small, weak-looking one that was a different hue of blue. They eyed her hungrily and growled at her. She sensed an intent to kill from them, and stood stiff, terrified. She went to send out her own Pokemon, but realized that all of her Pokeballs were completely gone. She sunk to her knees hopelessly, realizing that she was doomed.

From behind Lily, the group that she had been traveling with appeared. One by one, they walked in front of her, each trainer releasing each Pokemon in their arsenal, ready to combat the foes in front of them. Last of all, Lily's Eevee took it's place directly in front of her, ready to defend.

Before Lily could even thank them, the tall dog let out a mighty roar, and the slaughter began. The small Pokemon stood no chance against the mighty monsters that were attacking. Blood flew in every direction, but none of it was the dogs'. After the Pokemon fell, the attention was turned to the trainers. Lily's companions were gutted, decapitated, and annihilated until all that remained was Sid, Matt, Jason, and Lily's Eevee, standing directly in front of her in a futile attempt to protect her.

Without warning, a hideous, rasp, gruff voice barked out two words from the darkness. "Sacred Sword!"

At once, the eyes of the beasts turned white, and in a flash of movement, the three humans in front of her fell to the ground, in pieces. Blood further soaked the ground as Lily cried out, "NO!!!!"

Lily's Eevee was the only survivor, having just barely evaded the attack of the smallest dog. Eevee growled, ready to take on all of it's opponents at once, but it's victory was short lived. That same disgusting voice called out, "Sword of Mystery!" whereupon the small dog unleashed six brutal slashes on the Eevee, leaving it a crumpled, bloody mess on the ground.

From the shadows, a severed head rolled out, past the dogs, and right up to Lily. Upon seeing the face, she vomited. She was looking at her mother's head. Lily couldn't even think anymore. She was so full of disgust and despair that she had no room for any of her higher functions. She couldn't take her eyes away from her mother's beautiful golden brown hair, the hair that they shared. Tears streamed down her face, tears for everyone, including herself.

Another figure emerged from the darkness, blindfolded and stumbling. His blonde, slightly graying hair was damp and plastered to his forehead with sweat. His hands were bound behind his back, so he wandered aimlessly in the dark, calling out, "Where is she? Where the hell is she??"

Lily immediately recognized the voice. "Daddy???"

The man's head jerked up suddenly upon hearing her. "Lily? Lily!!!" He stumbled in her general direction, disoriented, before falling over and attempting to inch himself over to her.

By now, the four dogs had surrounded Lily, all of their eyes glowing white. There was another sudden flash, and her fate was sealed.

She felt no pain, but the Pokemon had thoroughly eviscerated her. She fell completely to the ground, bleeding horribly, while staring solely at her father. She felt her senses fade, last seeing a well dressed elderly couple with sickening smiles and hearing a constant ring of "Lily, where are you?"
---
Lily jolted from her sleep in a cold sweat. She was breathing heavily, confused as to where she was. Scanning the area, she saw the others all awake, arguing with one another. She had no idea where she was, allshe could tell was that it was dark, wet, and...

She could still hear a voice asking where she was. Her breath rate doubled instantly, a panic rushing through her body, remembering her nightmare vividly.

Fortunately, she saw that it was only Jason calling for her, and that he was alive and well once again. She sighed a berth if relief as she answered him. "Over here, Jason."

Eric sighed, forcing himself to ignore all the noise in the cave.

Concentrate...

He felt it. Twisting the tweezers gently, he felt a slight movement. Slowly, fighting the rust but careful not to break the fragile tool he turned the tumbler.

The door was open.

Without a moments hesitation, he yanked the door towards and sprinted out into the passage towards a ladder.

"WHERE THE HELL ARE MY POKEMON YOU BASTARDS?!?!"

Alex winced as Chell leaned on his arm, but he didn't let it bug him very much he was too preoccupied by what had just went on. He leaned his head against Chell's back and thought for a long while. He gave her a weak smile, "Well this couldn't get any worse." He paused. "Do we always have to break out fighting in this group though?" His voice was not accusing at all. In fact it was rather dull. His eyes brought back to life as the door flew open.

"Yes, why sneak out quietly so there's a chance the guards that are inevitably there won't catch us, when we can go out screaming with the guns we don't have blazing. Honestly, the fool." Muttered Gereld, following at a much slower, but also quieter rate then Eric, silently hoping the idiot would draw any attention away from him.

I'm assuming we're aloud out now. Please correct me if I'm worng.

"Ugh, idiot." Darrel muttered to himself as he heard Eric go charging out of their door, screaming at the guards. He walked to the entrance, and waved the others out. "Let's get out of here guys. We'll come back for Eric once we have our Pokemon. For now, uh, I think we should just try to let him be the focus of their attention."

The cave was empty except for a few large rocks, a vast pool of water and the ladder. He could see light coming out from the well entrance. Ignoring the cries of bored Slowpoke, he rushed to the ladder.

Before he could climb however, a strong hand gripped his shoulder and pulled him off.

Arrgh, the Escapist hid Cj's post. Should there be guards in the cave? I was just kind of assuming they'd be above, outside and enjoying the sun or something.
