Mass Effect released its first DLC for 160 gamerpoints. I believe the lowest is 80. They could at least try and argue them down from $7.

Also the mass effect DLC is very old, I'm sure it was more expensive on release.
It's invariably Microsoft giving us the shaft but I find it hard to believe Valve doesn't have bargaining power.
