Okay, so my last post didn't go over so well. Who cares? What I want to know this time is: what do you think is one of the biggest gaming cliches? In my opinion: Either red ones go faster, or the double jump.
Well that's true for you (I guess)stickguy said:When I get tired of gaming cliches, I try to start living my life again. That said, once you have started looking at your life, you can simply realize that you was better of playing video games XDjacobschndr said:I guess what I want is games that don't have these cliche's anymore.

If it takes place in Eastern Europe, the Middle East or the United States; there would be more bullets than food.jacobschndr said:I'm not sure if this counts as a cliche' for gaming or just fictional writing in general but, how come in the post-apocalypse world where theres no more civilization or industry and yet somehow there is an abundance of firearms and ammunition everywhere? There's more bullets and guns then there are food and water and while I'm on the subject, how come in most games your character can go for days without food or rest? You would have died of starvation or exhaustion or dehydration before you'd die from bullets and bombs.
I don't know about you but if I knew the buy behind me had a knife I would run faster.naftali1 said:You run faster with a knife.

...but seriously, I'd have to say games where you can destroy buildings and the like, but trees are completely invulnerable to everything.
