Wynne from Dragon Age. Just... just... arrg! They introduce her by forcing her into my party against my wishes for no good reason. She then spends the rest of the game spouting various kernels of wisdom and advice that invariably sound like something you would get from a fortune cookie.
If you take the Templars side in the Circle of Magi quest you get to kill her at the end. *spoiler alert*
Ohh... tempting.

But I don't particularly want to kill her. I just want her to bugger off.

Juji Kubane from Gungrave OD. That guy was a DICK. Coco from Crash Bandicoot. I hate Lionhead studios for not telling me that the family option does NOT include your sister. I would have easily gone with the helping thousands option otherwise but I thought that kinda was the point to bring back your sister. :/

than just ask her to leave your party when you enter camp or insist on her staying in the circle either on works...

Tingle from the Legend of Zelda =/ He's annoying, he's creepy, and he's a 40 year old man who has delusions that he is a fairy and holds people captive in his spinning tower(see: Wind Waker)
like most Japanese people.. except for the tower hehe XD

of course Navi has been said a bazillion times now...so i really hate jack marston (his voice) and that bunch of tools that form the team with Desmond (in the future) in assassins creed 2...if that makes sense

it's a dialogue option... all you have to say is, "I think it's better if you stay here." or whatever and bam she won't come with you... Though I always used her in my party I had 3 healing mages and Sten and I could take on anything...

Not a specific character really, but more the AI of a specific script.
In S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Call of Pripyat, once you head over to Pripyat from Jupiter thru the underground tunnels together with your selected cannonfodder, you'll encounter a stairway halfway there and as soon as you reach the bottom you'll be attacked by 2 jumping mutants.
After about 25 tries of getting it right without people dying i found out that the npc's in the back kept point-blanking with their shotguns when they saw the monsters and friggin shot their buddies in the back! I was so pissed-off at that moment, that i retried, executed the lot personally from the start and soloed the tunnels myself.

I'm going to come right out and say that I loathed the Prophet of Truth in Halo 2 because he was just so cold, emotionless and manipulative. Plus, he betrayed the Sangheili and as anyone who knows me well knows, if you want my respect you have to revere the Sangheili.
Not to mention he knew all along, ever since Harvest, that the humans were the chosen race to carry on the Forerunners' legacy, as the Reclaimers, and that he instigated the entire Covenant War to prevent that secret from getting out. Almost destroying an Oracle to do so. And his ordered murder of a bunch of Sangheili and Kig-Yar Shipmasters after they recovered the fragments of the crystal found under Reach's CASTLE Base. And his betrayal of Rtas 'Vadum and Thel 'Vadam. And the fact he didn't bother to make any attempt to stop John's assassination of Regret, nor help Mercy when he was attacked by the Flood. And his complete betrayal of the previous three Hierarchs. And everything else he's done...

I guess it's just lucky he's the villain and you have to kill him, eh?

The hyperactive Salarians in Mass Effect 2 (Mordin being the exception).

I understand they live comparatively shorter lifespans to humans, but do they really need to be so excitable? It's like they're on some caffiene-adrenaline cocktail.

I also hated Colonel Autumn from Fallout 3, he was so smug I wanted to shove him into the irradted water...wait I did, I used a hammer to slam him in LOL

I also hate any character who is ordering you around and not doing anything, I.E. "Remeriaz do this...." yeah you want me to take care of this job, at least give me some cover support or something

Tingle...yeah child molester and just plain insane

Dr. Eggman (or Robotnic however you like it) he just has become sad, now being second bannana to bigger villians, oh he has not aged well

Obligatory Vaan mention but that's just too easy.

El Fuerte from Street Fighter IV just plain pisses me off. No, it is NOT "super dynamic cooking time," ever.

Anise from Tales of the Abyss is quite annoying as well. Hell, she's the only bad character in that whole game.

Ahahahaha. If everyone suddenly forgets that Johnny from Metal Gear Solid exists one day, you can be rest assured that I erased him from existence. Right after I BRUTALLY MURDERED HIM.

I do wish a game made it so you could kill the annoying children you find in a lot of games.
This, obviously. Also Kane and Lynch. Damn their characters are the rudest, most idiotic and ugly characters I've ever seen.

Except Bryan Wilks. He stayed put in that shelter and made a Die Hard reference. I couldn't help but think "OK, next time I'm in Rivet City I'll do the kid a favor and talk to Vera Weatherly." But kids in general? None more so than RJ MacCready. I hope he gets eaten by a Super Mutant on his 16th birthday.
Won't most of them be about 16 when he turns 16? My question is how they are still there? I mean really, they have to leave at 16, how do more kids get there?
OT: Rochelle from L4D2, the zombie apocalypse is here, you're being eaten alive and you CANNOT CUSS?!

Neeber(I think was his name) from Baldur's Gate 1 and 2...
...heya...
...heya...
...heya...

and then finally you either -SNAP- and murder him or you listen to him enough that he gets bored.... bloody twit.

And anyone who decides the PC should go and take on an army alone... I get it, its a heroic moment.. but no one remembers your suicidal death if you fail

I'm gonna have to say Vahn from FFXII. He's just so frigging useless... and a stupid, whiny, ***** at that.
Penelo may have been his best friend, but at least she was worthwhile to use as a character
