You know, pretty much every game these days has excellent voice acting. The studio work is almost always top-notch, and the actors really get into it. I really appreciate it that they go out of their way and really "dork it out" in the studio, to get that perfect blend-in with the game world.

You should check out the Fallout: New Vegas voice cast, a lot of well known western TV & Movie stars.

Ron Perlman as the Narrator (Sons of Anarchy, Hellboy)
Danny Trejo as Raul the Ghoul (Machete, From Dusk Till Dawn)
the lovely, Felicia Day as Veronica (from 'The Guild' show)
Kris Kristofferson as Chief Hanlon (Blade trilogy)
Matthew Perry as Benny (from the show 'Friends')
William Sadler as Victor (Shawshank Redemption, The Mist)
John Doman as Caesar (from 'Oz' and 'The Wire' shows)
Wayne Newton as Mr. New Vegas (awesome!!)

Very great cast, all very professional well-known voices.

Kain from the blood omen and soul reaper games was particularly good. Aside from several others mentioned.

Mass Effect 2 is probably second to none, but others that come to mind are Metal Gear Solid, and believe it or not, Saints Row 2 as well.

Mass Effect 2. CALIBRATIN'!

No really it's just because of Mordin singing Modern Major General.

Game on the whole, I'd definitely say Mass Effect 2, fantastic voice acting crew.

Whoever voiced James Sunderland in SH2 and Michael Ironside.
James, because he sounds like a real depressed widow would, and Michael Ironside because his voice sounds like he could just as easily be a loving father and a professional stealth operative. He sounds like he'd be as ready to blow up a terrorist building as he would to tuck his daughter into bed (when she's the little 5 year old at the beginning, tucking his 20 year old daughter in would be weird.)

For DMC4, Johnny Yong Bosch (Nero)

He also played:-
Ichigo - Bleach (particularly good as the Hollow Ichigo)
Lelouch - Code Geass
Itsuki Koizumi - The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya

Cant think of any others, I rarely watch the english dubs to be honest, but he seemed good from what I've seen
Also Vash in Trigun. Along with Cowboy Bebop, it's one of the only English dubs that I WILDLY prefer over the subs.
Damn, beat me to it. Exactly my sentiment. Personally, I don't really like Bosch's work a lot aside from Nero and Vash. Hollow Ichigo was exceedingly better in the japanese dub, I thought.

The Mass Effect series, Arkham Asylum, and Uncharted 2 are obvious picks.
