Star Wars: The Force Unleashed. I'm sorry, but I did not like that game. But, hey, maybe they'll fix the problems in the sequel.
i would have said that too, except (i forget where)but i remember seeing an article that said that they had axed the engine from the first one, and that wast the main problem i had against it, so ill give it a shot

Bloodrayne.

This applies to both the game and the movie.

Are people really that desperate for hot vampire chicks?
In short, yes. In long, YEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEES.

Yeah, a ZP joke.
Actually, sorry to spoil things and be an utter asshat... oh wait... I don't hate being an utter asshat and spoiling things, its a parody(ish) of Doctor Cox from Scrubs, just he did it with no. :p

OT: *prepares flameshield-o-matic 4000* CoD4, why did they make MW2? I mean, its fun enough to play, but why did IW make that monstrosity, half the features are broken, Steam matchmaking just DOES NOT work! It may be better on consoles, but on PC its just hopeless. But then thats just my opinion of it, its not the last word on the subject.

Oh, and sorry for the wall of text. :p

Assassin's Creed. The second one was a vast improvement over the first, but it didn't seem like it would be made after all the criticism the fist one recieved.

Thankfully it did come out, and that was my favorite game from 2009...even though I played like, 4 games from 2009

Cat and dogs and Sherk. Cats and dog didn't need a sequel of any kind, and Sherk should of ended at 2.

Any Uwe Boll movie?
Not all of them got sequels.
Thnak God.

But for me it's Kane and Lynch and Two Worlds (thought the entire thread was gonna be about Two Worlds 2 when I clicked on it).
And why does everyone hate Ninety-Nine nights so much, I really liked the first one... I mean it was actually a horrible game but it was fun...

I want you to sit back and think about that especially now adays. Hot vampire chick, or Twilight shitty not really a vampire, vampire. Yes, I'd rather see another 20 BloodRaynes than another Twilight movie.

OT: Cheetahmen, how in the name of Sega and all that is holy did they get a sequel?
...

Has anyone been forced to choose between the two?
Someone might have been, you can never be sure. But in a world of shitty vampire movies I'd like to see more awesome ones, or games, whatever.

You're probably right. But I'm still surprised every time a new "installment" comes out.
... Pokemon Gestapo?
Eh, I'm a blind fanboy, so it's a wonderful experience for me, the sleepless nights waiting for new Pokemon unveiling.

But you can't honestly be completely surprised when Nintendo announces a sequel to a game whose original flagship came out in the 80s/90s.

Yes. Pokemon SS. The one where your entire nation.. party follows you mindlessly.

Well, the engine wasn't wasn't the problem for me [small](Hell, the engine was one of the things that I liked about the game)[/small]. My problem was the lightsaber combat. It felt clunky and couldn't compare to the force powers, which were way too powerful. Still, I'm sure they'll fix the engine and the combat. Or, at least I hope.

I loved Kane and Lynch.

I really don't understand all the Dragonball Z games. They're the same game with slightly updated controls and graphics.

A story with gaping holes, bad aiming, excessive cursing and annoying mechanics.
But damn it, I loved that game and look forward to the sequel.

Can't think of any game right now though...

Agreed.
Had some ideas that were interesting in its multiplayer, but the game was easily forgotten and overall just sub-par.
A better game definitely could have been made with the money being used for the sequel. Just because I can't imagine them fixing the problems of the Kane and Lynch, unless they completely retcon the completely unlikable main characters. Would be a start

I actually liked Kane and Lynch. (despite the gameplay being kind of shit.) But I never actually played Beyond good and evil (but Ive heard good things) so I think I might be the exception that proves the rule.
