There WAS a PS2 version of the first one
Really? I just checked and the only listings for "Deus Ex" are on PC and mac. There is however something called "Deus Ex: The Conspiricy" for PS2, is that what you're talking about? Because in that case, i stand corrected, but obviously maintain the PC version would be superior.
The PC version is like a million times better. Dark Conspiracy was the same game, but they added a fancy pre-rendered intro and outro for some reason. I really have no idea why they decided to subtitle the game.

Ok, everyone will have said my suggestions, except maybe Rainbow Six Vegas 2. Great game. Was just playing coop with my friend. It's only 10 dollars on Steam. Oh, there is no story. I've finished it so many times and I have no idea what it's about. But it's an awesome tactical shooter, and one of the greatest coop titles. Ever.

I prefer FPS and RPG games, I HATE RTS and JRPG's and anything turn based. Anime is not acceptable to me.
.
Are... there even JRPGs on the PC??? I think FF8 had a PC version but...

PLEASE READ THREAD, DON'T TROLL.

If I said PC only, and I said I tried Killing Floor, and I said I own the Orange box then why are you posting those ideas?

I already own Bioshock, and basically all Bioware games.

Baldur's gate, now that is an interesting suggestion. thanks.
Orange Box or some kind of SDK Source game is required for a whole bunch of mods, I'd also suggest fallout 3 even though you have played it because you haven't played it with mods, same with Oblivion and Morrowind. Mods make good things great.

I'll add another vote for the S.T.A.L.K.E.R. games.

For real PC exclusives check out Good Old Games.

First off, welcome to the ranks of the "gaming ubermensch".

I'd like to recommend the entire Total War series, Company of Heroes and Diablo 2.

Guild Wars
you have earned my respect and I will give you some titles:

Bad Company 2 (if you don't already own it on consoles.)
Mount and Blade: Warband (bascialy a really fun and cool medevil game simulator. has multiplayer also up to 222 players I believe. You should check it out, I believe there is a demo on steam.
Gothic 3 (buggy at release but with community patches makes the game awesome. Try it out, it has a demo and a long one at that.)
Guild Wars 2 (when it releases, check it out at Guildwars2.com XD)
the STALKER series (if you want a more realistic version of Fallout)
Titan Quest (if you like greek mythology and games like Diablo.)
Rainbow Six: Vegas 2 (this game is amazing, and people still play it on PC and on steam it is only $10!)
Baulder Gate series (if you like Bioware RPGs, though be wary this series has Dungeon and Dragons elements so you might be confused like when I first got it but still great great game.)
Team Fortress 2 (one of the best FPS on PC though don't play it much.)
Garrys Mod (bascialy a toy sandbox but you need Source engine games to run it like, TF2, Half-Life , Counter strike... etc...)
Shattered Horizon (a space FPS with zero gravity and is amazing!)

thats all the games I can think of atm.

Yeah, Orange Box is your best bet.
Garry's Mod might also appeal to you.

Fallout 3 is a good bet too, the mod community is brilliant.
since you look like you play fallout 3 for pc have you ever had a problem with the game crashing after you save? it happens now and I have pretty much given up on it until I find a solution

Everyone gets odd crashing like that from time to time, it's just Bethesda being lazy.

What's the frequency of the save-crashes? Like, does it crash every time you save, or only some of the time or what?
Every single time it saves it crashes

Sounds bad, man. Have you tried reinstalling the game to a custom directory? Like instead of :C/Program Files/Fallout 3, installing it to :C/Desktop/Games/Fallout 3?
Ill try that, thanks

As a tireless fanboy, I'd suggest Doom and Doom 2, probably with a sourceport like Zdoom. There's nothing like playing the father of first person shooters. If you're looking for something newer, I'd suggest STALKER: Shadows of Chernobyl or Call of Pripyat. They can be hell on a computer, but it's the last series that I've played that had an amazing atmosphere. The balance between FPS and inventory management works well, and the environments are extremely creepy.

Deus Ex is the single greatest pc game ever. End of. Get it.

Well, there is also Dungeon Keeper 2, but that's an RTS and you said you weren't looking into those, which is a shame.
