Wanted Characters for Super Smash Bros. 4 (If it happens)

As stupid as it may sound, I think that the new Prince from the POP series would be interesting to see. I'd also like to see Amaterasu from Okami, Jak and/or Daxter from the Jak and Daxter series, and Kratos from the God of War series....now that would be awsome.

A Fire Emblem character who doesn't use a sword to replace Ike - Hector would be perfect, but other good choices would be Oswin, Dart, or Canas as heavy hitters, and Lucius as a long-range fast character. Ike is one of my favorites, but I think non-sword needs more representation.

One of the Fox/Falco/Wolf trio should either leave or change significantly. Two was okay, but three characters that are that similar is a bit too much.

Also, I have an idea for a better way to handle clone characters - make them alternate costumes, and give those costumes slightly different moves. For example: a few of Fox's alternate costumes would be Falco, and they would change the B attack. Luigi would be a Mario costume and change the down-B move. Any thoughts on this idea?

On FE characters: SOREN =D. Seriously, a spellcaster from Fire Emblem would be awesome. Or a spear-wielder. Not Hector, cos in terms of Smash Bros an axe wouldn't be that much different from a hammer. But a spear...

On Costumes: Well, Luigi and Falco are so different from Mario and Fox respectively you can't in all honesty call them clones anymore, unless you wanna be really nitpicky ("but their B-moves look similar!"). Besides, some of my favourite characters through the series happened to be "clones" (Luigi, Falco, Toon Link, Lucas...), so I'm against this. What I think should happen is do what they did with Wario, but with more characters. Give Mario a Doctor Mario outfit, make Samus' Fusion Suit more than just the Varia Suit with a paint-job. Stuff like that. In the former case, Mario's fireballs would become pills, but the changes would be purely graphical (they wouldn't bounce the way they did in Melee). I think that'd be cool, but don't take the clone characters out completely, they're sufficiently different (apart from final smashes, I mean WTF Falco in a tank??) to still be interesting fighters in their own right.

Master Chief...Yes I know. But they had fucking Snake in there, why not have a big character from Microsoft in it? He would even be less violent than Snake, so nobody can use that as a reason.

-ridely-is too big . The idea of a boss was good though
-dark samus- same thing as samus
- minda- to weak but wolf link should be normal links smash move, it would differ him from toon link
-any movie characters that Dont orginate from a videogame

Ahem. Really? Rereleases of 1,2,3,4 and 6 have all been on either DS or GBA. Believe it or not, there are other excellent FF games that aren't 10 and 7.

I think both might be redundant, but if Sonic made it, why not his villain from the better games? Same logic applies to Megaman, though personally I'd rather see X and Zero. But not Sigma. Enough Sigma.

Sidenote: Retarded is spelled with two ds, not two ts. Of words you maybe shouldn't misspell, it ranks pretty high up there.

They're all cheesy. Fzero story was Cheesy that's why it was so funny. I'd play as Mr. Ead.

NO. Just No. I thought every single Shadow game had proven this, but dark sonic art + handgun do not a good game make.

I'd like to see Vectorman (from vectorman) and Bass (from the megaman series) as well as the black mage from final fantasy and i also think ToeJam and Earl would be good (either regular or ice climber style for toejam and earl)

Hehe, black mage from Final Fantasy I would be awesome.
I imagine it somewhat like this:

- Normal B: Fire. Just throwing a fireball.
- Side B: Thunder. Some lightning arcs to an opponent.
- Down B: Blizzard. Icy winds around black mage, freezes others in place and makes floor slippery.
- Up B: Warp. Kind of like what Zelda and Sheik have, just teleport somewhere.
- Final Smash: Nuke, Zap!, Or XXXX. Some of black mage's most powerful spells from Final Fantasy I.

And add in a small chance to cast a more powerful variation of these spells.
Though he'd be mostly based on the FFI's black mage, give him his fancy pants from Final Fantasy III.
