OoC: @Outis No prblem with a normal fight. The problem is the other characters aren't normal, they're superpowered. Tanner vs another muggle is allright, but against a super opponent, neither of them is gonna really stand a chance unless they have some tech or power.
OoC: @Outis Can't really. I'm used to playing characters with low power or only one special thing, but playing someone completly powerless is damn-near impossible.
I wouldn't call Tanner completely powerless, since he's got pretty much super reflexes and is a very, very good CQC fighter.Gearhead mk2 said:

As Tanner enetered the lockers, he saw a woman there, gearing up for combat. She was fairly tall, fairly pale, and had peirced, pointed ears. She seemed to be making a few adjustments to a harness strapped across her chest.

The woman looked up, finishing her adjustments, and walked over to Tanner with a bemused smile. She held out a hand. "Hello there. My opponent, I presume."
"Eva Budô. Pleasure to meet you. Hopefully, I won't hurt you too bad."

"Hopefully." Tanner replies with a wry smile as he walks over to a locker and finds his visor inside. He puts it on and calibrates it.
Eva took a scoped crossbow off her back, checking it. Satisfied, she holstered it again and drew two kanetsunes off her harness. "I am ready when you are." She walked into the arena.

As they both walked into the arena, they saw a large zen garden, fille with small structers, rolling banks, and small streams.
"Welcome today's combatants! Eva Budô and Jerome Tanner!"
"I'm warrning you now," Eva said as she went into a fighting stance, "I don't exactly fight fair."
