Pix shook her head. [color=80bb00] "I can't change the color of my body... and to make my entire body textured like a human's skin would be impossible for me to pull off. Just doing that little bit of text take more focus than you'd think." [/color] Looking to Solaris, she sighed and looked off, her face looking a little pissed off. [color=80bb00] "Yeah... you all are, it's nice to see one actually admit it." [/color] She said with a hint of venom in her voice.

As she noticed Jerrog returning the wave, Carmen flashed a small smile toward him before sitting at the bar and pouring herself a tall glass of a strong red wine. She took slow sips, enjoying the flavor before she noticed Eddie glaring at her. She silently tilted her head, her expression seeming confused.

 

[Chungus]

"Three on one?" Eddie questioned, raising an eyebrow, before chuckling. "No thanks, lady. Nice of to think I'm good enough to do that and not get instantly creamed, but I'd rather not go there." After drinking the remainder of his beer, Eddie wiped his mouth, and stood up. "So, no killing, and that's it. If you're sure, alright. And who to fight..." Trailing off near the end, Eddie soon pointed to Jerrog. "You. You look pretty tough. How about it?"

Wherther it was because Eddie didn't notice Carmen giving him a confused look due to being in conversation with Lapis and now, Jerrog, or simple because he was ignoring her, he gave Carmen no response.

"It's hardly a secret. We go at eachother's throats with hardly any incentive to do so at all, let alone something else. And worst of all, we simply never learn." Solaris responded with a slight scoff. "Simple minded is putting it lightly, to call collectively call humanity misserable creatures is more apt." Solaris her own tone changed to a degree, taking on a more condescending tone, however subtle.

Pix blinked a bit as she looked to Solaris, raising an eyebrow. [color=80bb00] "...You talk like you're better than them... Let me guess, you're the sole exception to human stupidity, right?" [/color] She replied, tone bitter.

Carmen blinked a bit as she was brushed off but simply shrugged before going back to her drink and taking a look at the fights on the screen. [color=bb0066] Ah... The madman's shown himself again and he's fighting that behemoth half-wolf. Interesting... [/color]

"I suppose that was a bit much to ask. We just usually fight as a team, so that would be preferable for us than single combat." Lapis replied to Eddie.

"None tougher, thass fer sure!" Jerrog exclaimed as he stood up, clearly excited by Eddie's challenge. "Good thing too. So borin' without a fight 'round 'ere that me scales were startin' ta itch." He meandered over to the door, stopping before leaving the lounge to add to Eddie, "I've got ta put on some more appropriate battle gear, I'll meet'cha down there." With that, he left the room and headed to the locker-room.

"I haven't seen you around before. If you're fairly new here, then I can show you to where the Arena and locker-rooms are if you don't know yet." Lapis offered.

 

[Chungus]

Solaris was quiet for a moment as Pix asked her question, before chuckling lightly. "No. Only certain aspects of it. I make mistakes, like everyone else." She answered, looking up to the ceiling for a moment, before looking back down to Pix. "I'll just let you be the judge of how many aspects of it I share with my fellow men. My words on the subject will only sound pretentious, no matter what I say."

"Right on. I'll be there." Eddie responded to Jerrog, giving him a thumbs up before he left. After, Eddie picked up his axe and guitar, putting the guitar on his back, while holding the axe in his right hand. As Lapis offered to guide him to the arena, Eddie nodded. "Yeah, that'd be nice, thanks. I've only been here a few minutes."

Pix looked to Solaris for a moment or two silently before shrugging and standing back up, the puddle of goo underneath her sucking back up into her form. [color=80bb00] "I swear if you had said you were perfect, I'd have tried to kill you. That's the one thing that pisses me off most.." [/color] She said, looking to the door before looking back to Solaris. [color=80bb00] "You think the coast is clear now for us to go get those books?" [/color]

 

[Chungus]

"Now that would just be a waste, when this little alliance is looking to be like so much fun." Solaris responded dryly. Approaching Pix, she held out her arms again, a small smile on her face. "And, yes. It should be. Unless new people are prowling the hallways now."

 

[Drakmorg]

"Right this way then." Lapis replied to Eddie, making her way out of the lounge and down the hallway towards the Arena. Once she was sure Eddie was following her, she turned back to him and commented, "I've spent the past few days wandering around these hallways looking for my scattered Clan-mates, now I practically have the lay-out committed to memory."

 

[FPSfanatic]

A form appeared in the entrance room, accompanied by screams of pain and suffering and a portal glowing with the light of fire escaping it. the form cast its head about, sniffing with its nose, hidden behind a raven mask, and shrugged, stretching. "well, this should be a fun vacation." he muttered, moving towards the door as the screams died down, along with the portal dying and disappearing.

Pix chuckled a bit. [color=80bb00] "Isn't it a good thing to let your partner know your likes and dislikes though? Now you know what will push me over the edge, I'd ask the same of you, but you're obviously gonna stay tight-lipped on that." [/color] Seeing Solaris open her arms, Pix quickly flowed around her and took the armored form once again. [color=80bb00] "You sure you don't want me in some different form? Walking around with armor on all the time is gonna seem awkward to people." [/color] She asked of Solaris as a small drip of goo extended down and looked under the doorway to see if anything was walking down the suite hallways.

 

[Chungus]

"I'm not one to get angered quickly. My brother inherited that paticular trait. Although I do dislike overconfidence. That you said "try to kill", rather then assume you could without a shadow of a doubt, that was a nice change of pace." Solaris commented, blowing a small sigh after Pix molded herself around Solaris. At Pix's question, Solaris shook her head. "No, you can assume an other form tomorow. Today, I'm just getting used to moving in my new suit of armour, and it's safer to get a feel for it outside of battle then in."

After Pix would give the all clear and retract her drip, Solaris opened her door, and left her suite, locking the door behind her, then began to move back to Ness' suite.

"Yeah... I know how much of a pain it can be to get a crew to stick together for more then five minutes when they're not doing anything they're suposed to be doing. It's never fun." Eddie replied as he followed Lapis.

The door slid open, and the form exited the room, into the hallway outside the arrival rooms. It looked around curiously, and began wandering down the hallway, opposite in the direction the voice overhead was suggesting he head.

"So you have experience at leading others? I might have to ask to pick your brain later. To speak truthfully, this is my first time assuming a leadership position for our Clan." Lapis replied to Eddie, having one of her ears turned towards him so she could easily listen while keeping an eye on where she was going. Once the pair had made it to the entrance of the Arena proper, Lapis glanced through and found it was empty. "It seems we must have arrived first." Jerrog must be putting on one of his heavier suits...

[color=80bb00] "Alright, I'll keep that in mind." [/color] Pix said as she retracted her drip. [color=80bb00] "Oh, so you actually have a brother? ...Guess I'll ask more about that once we're done doing our business." [/color]

Ness' suite would be locked due to Bruce as Solaris and Pix made it to the doorway.

The form eventually wandered the halls in curiosity and boredom, looking for another living thing to speak to.

The form would eventually find another form wandering about. The form was a bit short, but seemed to be dragging something behind itself as it walked distractedly.

The form approached the other, staring at it in curiosity. "Hey there, you know this place well?" he asked, gesturing to indicate he was speaking of the building in general.

The form revealed itself to be a girl with empty-looking eyes, dragging a sword behind herself. In response to what the other had said, the girl nodded. [color=00aa44] "This unit is familiar with the area. ....Requesting name in exchange for requested information." [/color] The girl said robotically.

"...Malcor." he said, after hesitating for a moment to consider.

[color=00aa44] "Acknowledged, Malcor. This unit's name is Vera." [/color] The girl said, now turning fully to look up at the probably taller man since the girl stood at about 5'5". She wore a simple T-shirt and black jeans. On her skin, however, were networks of lines, small blue lights traveling up and down the wires fluidly. [color=00aa44] "This area is an interdimensional battle arena. Participants are abducted from their universes and forced to fight here, or face isolation until they agree to fight. This arena also has respawning capabilities, meaning participants can fight without fear of truly dying, though the fear of dying temporarily is enough to make some not fight to kill. Ending summary. Is there anything else you'd like to request?" [/color] The android said, not blinking the entire time she explained the situation, examining Malcor as she spoke.
