"Oh, no. You misunderstand." Solaris replied as she turned right. "I don't want to move her down the rosterboard, I want to remove her from it outright. And I'll be happy to see this happen... I've disliked that silver-haired floozy from the moment I laid eyes on her." She commented further.

Looking to the two respawn rooms, Solaris entered the respawn room to the right. "I thought I've seen these machines here as well... So, they are located in each combattant's room, and here. Possibly elsewhere... Troublesome."

"Most of the time. But for now, I think I'm tempted to have a drink after dealing with all that." Kenna said, sitting at the bar.

Malcor's voice took on a jovial tone. "That's one question I'm not allowed to answer. We all arrive at the end of the road eventually. I'm afraid I can't reveal too much about what happens after . I will say, that I don't have to do much. Humans are so quick to punish themselves for their own actions."

Kirby was sitting down drinking a cola. "... I still don't understand humans... And yet I still used to be one"

@demon: Vera and Malcor aren't in the lounge... also there are no seats in the hallways.

Vera blinked a bit, tilting her head. [color=00aa44] "Ending current inquiry by request. The afterlife shouldn't concern this unit. Awaiting inquiry..." [/color]

"Fair enough." Patrick said as he turned his attention to Carmen. "May I have your name mam?" He asked.

"Hmm... can you enjoy a drink? I wouldn't mind getting one myself. try out the old taste buds, you know..."

"Destroying them? Oh, my, no." Solaris responded, shaking her head, making a lock of hair brush against Pix's mouth. "There was a moment when I arived when someone was bringing down a wall in the lounge. Our... overseers were quick to reacted, showing that they're watching us at all times." She continued, then approached one of the respawn pods and began tapping against the side of one with her knuckle to produce a hollow clanging noise. As she did this, Solaris tilted her head so her mouth was closer to Pix, and whispered, hoping the clanging noise would mask her words to the overseers.

[sub]"Granted, they didn't do so when they firefight was held in the lounge, but still. I'm not going to risk them depanding I stop over the broadcast channel, thus blowing my cover. What I am planning, you'll have to wait and see. It's no fun if I ruin the suprise, is it now?"[/sub] With that said, Solaris stopped banging against the pod, and turned around, begining to move back towards the lounge. "For now, knowing these things are in more then one place is enough."

[color=00aa44] "This unit has taste receptors, so she can 'enjoy' a drink." [/color] Vera responded. [color=00aa44] "This unit can show you to the lounge if required." [/color]

Pix hummed, the mouth frowning a bit. [color=80bb00] [small] "Aw... I thought I had it figured out~..." [/small] [/color] She sighed disappointedly. [color=80bb00] [small] "But all this 'incentive' is nice anyway.. Still, there's the question of anyone else you ally with. What do you do if they learn too much?" [/small] [/color]

[color=bb0066] "Isn't it customary for the gentleman to introduce themselves first?" [/color] The succubus replied, looking to Patrick from the side of her eyes, her pupils intensifying a small bit.

Kirby looked over to Patrick and his axe "Aren't priests supposed to be against violence?"

"Oh, I can garuantee you, things will become crystal clear soon enough." Solaris responded with a smile, speaking in a somewhat hushed tone as she walked. "For now, I'm allied with the woman we "borrowed" the books from, having done so almost imediately after that floozy put on a show by killing herself. I doubt it'll ever get to the point she learns too much, as she strikes me as being too nice for her own good, and that's easy to manipulate. If she does, however, I'll respond in whatever way the situation requires."

Malcor nodded. "Lead away, Vera. Bring the devil his due." he chuckled lightly.

[color=80bb00] "Alright.... sounds like a plan then!" [/color] Pix said in response. [color=80bb00] "That and I think that would probably put us in the clear if she does notice her books got stolen. She shouldn't suspect her ally to have picked her lock and taken them... if she's nice like you say she is." [/color]

[color=bb0066] "And I'm Carmen St.Luna. A pleasure, Father Kilgore." [/color] She replied dryly as she got out of her chair and gave him a small curtsy. Afterward, she leaned back into her seat and took another sip of her wine.

[color=00aa44] "Navigating..." [/color] Vera said as she walked through the building, eventually getting Malcor to the lounge.

In Ness' room, the woman finally woke up, rubbing her eyes a bit as she did and stretching with a groan as she sat up, knees on the floor. [color=666666] Ah~ ....Waaaay better... [/color] She got up and looked around, preparing to walk out until she noticed a set of books that had fallen and some having disappeared off from where they were laid. Even though she was messy, she knew her mess like the back of her hand... and someone had messed with her mess. [color=666666] ....How'd this happen? [/color]

She was broken out of her thoughts by an annoucement in her room to go fight. She sighed a bit and headed toward the locker rooms.

"I hope you aren't uncomfortable around me, for some reason."

 

[Chungus]

"Indeed. Stronger still, the door was locked, where she left it unlocked. So, someone else touched the door. If what my brother said is true, then this person touching the door will have left a mark of the hand, whereas I wouldn't have, since you're covering me." Solaris responded with a nod. Nearing the lounge, Solaris stopped a few meters away from it. "We should return them tomorow, however. That we could avoid her being suspicious at us is nice, but evading it all together is better. On that note, could you hide the books within your body?"

Hearing footsteps growing closer, Solaris looked up, and hummed.

Kirby got up and moved next to Carmen with a big grin "So if you became a saint, you'd have saint in your name twice?"

Carmen looked to Patrick and shrugged. [color=bb0066] "Your presence isn't annoying me, dear. Hopefully, I'm not doing the same." Whenever you want to end these pleasantries, I'll be happy to oblige... [/color]


Looking to Kirby, she blinked a bit. [color=bb0066] "Yes. Yes, I would." [/color]

Hearing people come closer, Pix's mouth decreased in size. [color=80bb00] "I can store the books in me... but not hide them. Anything inside me will be visible to the outside." [/color] She replied softly. [color=80bb00] "But keeping them where they are now should be sufficient." [/color]

After exiting her room, Ness headed out to the arena and stretched out a bit as she waited.

Vera eventually walked past Solaris without so much as a second glance as she motioned to the lounge. [color=00aa44] "Arrived at destination." [/color]

Kirby still had a big grin "Pretty funny right!" He said looking at Patrick and saying "Well maybe you should just leave her alone?"
