Phyros' shadow-y self stayed where it was for a short time, before Phyros became his physical self again, flying straight up as he went, his right eye trained on Maya. Soon after Phyros became physical again, he had a murder of ten crows - made of solid shadow - save for red lights for eyes, fly up from the shadow Maya cast. The murder of shadow crows would fly towards Maya at the speed that was normal for a regular crow, and peck and claw at whatever they could when close enough to do so.
During this, Phyros himself also began flying towards Maya, although wouldn't reach her just yet.
When Oliver charged towards Krieg, Laminus would remain where he was until the stick of dynamite tied to the makeshift axe blew up, then become physical again. Deciding to make things more interesting, Laminus brought his flute to his mouth, and played a four note long sharp melody. Rather then Phyros being bestowed a empowerment, however, it was Oliver.
His hands would be covered in weightless slabs of rock, segmented into small bits at the fingers to allow for normal movement. Until the effect wore off, whenever he attacked, the attack would produce a glob of lava that take ten seconds to cool into solid rock, and couldn't harm Oliver himself.
Although the slabs of stone covered Oliver's hands, should he try to attack using other body parts, the earthen slabs would disappear from his hands, and move to that body part. The same would apply if he tried to attack with an actual weapon.
Should Oliver attack with something that had an element to it, already, however, no lava would be produced, and the attack would act as normal.
