[Silence]

Anik slashed into the empty air, vertically. Having expected something like this, she immediately took a step back, out of range of Oryns thrusting attack.

Sensing where Oryn was, Anik followed Oryn's movement, to keep her front and more of her left side towards Oryn, keeping her swords in a parrying stance again.

She also read his heart, for a vice she could exploit.

Oryn backed up, away from Anik, when she took her defensive pose again. He also created another rose in his hand, but kept a hold of it rather than toss it like the other one. The original rose, additionally, had vanished some time after creating the shockwave.

Anik would find that the most noticeable vice in Oryn's strange heart would be lust, followed by pride.

 

[Silence]

Anik started bending her knees, as if to prepare a jump.

She also spoke: "Oryn, interested in some nice sensual pleasures after the fight?" and smiled seductively (Fully aware he could not at all be interested in her), hoping it might distract him somewhat.

"Not with you. I don't like dead women."

[/color] Oryn responded, glancing at Anik's knees. Expecting her to jump, he crouched down and placed his rose into the sand beneath his feet. He remained in that position, carefully observing Anik's body movements.

 

[Silence]

"Oooh." Anik made, and chuckled. "I will leave you alive, I'm not desperate enough to kill."

With that, she jumped into the air, doing some kind of salto across Oryn, trying to hit his head with the side of her left sword.
She also created some water on her right hand, and splashed it on him before she was above him, hoping to obstruct his vision somewhat.

If not somewhat hindered, she did a modified round off immediately after, to face Oryn again and bringing some more distance between them.

As soon as Anik leapt up into the air, Oryn pressed a button on his wrist. The rose on the ground flashed brightly and vanished, creating a rose petal pattern on the sand. The earth then moved up and around Oryn, creating a shell and a pit. Once Oryn was underground, the sand began moving back into its original position, however it would be denser and harder, more like sandstone than sand. As such, Oryn did not get splashed on the face or pay attention to Anik's fancy jump.

 

[Silence]

Catching her breath, Anik concentrated on where she could sense Oryn, and listened, not creating any movement.

Anik would sense Oryn directly beneath where he had been originally. He was making no noticeable noise and wasn't moving either.

 

[Silence]

Anik waited for a while, then called: "I'm not walking into a trap. If you want to fight, fight, or we call it off!"

Once Oryn had an idea of where Anik was, due to her speaking, he pressed a few more buttons on the metal wrist band. The sand above his head moved back into a shell-like form, allowing Oryn to stand upright once again. He waited for a moment to see if Anik reacted, wondering if she was aware of the rocky wall he had around himself.
No matter what she did, Oryn would press in on the band again, causing the shell to explode outwards violently, shards of sandstone flying in the general direction of Anik.

 

[Silence]

Anik something near Oryn change, and sensed him standing upright again, but did not react yet, aside from clicking and noticing the shell-shape. As the shell exploded, she lay down as fast as she could to avoid most of the sandstone, but still was hit by a little bit, causing small bruises.

After taking a moment to check if she did not get hurt too much, Anik stood up again, then started charging towards Oryn, much in a similar fashion as she had before.

Oryn also began charging at Anik, keeping his gaze focused on the ground between them. When he got close, Oryn would drop down into a slide, with his right leg on top of his left, extended towards Anik. As he skidded through the sand, he thrust his sword up towards Anik's torso just below the sternum, hoping to knock her off balance by kicking her in the legs and therefore weaken her guard.

 

[Silence]

As soon as she heard Oryn stop running and start sliding, Anik stepped to the side, using her left sword to try and parry his thrust or get him to slide into the sword.

Oryn's sword was pushed aside, however he followed up his failed attack by swinging his leg up between Anik's legs. If she didn't manage to dodge, his heavy boot would hit her directly in the crotch. At the same time, he brought his arms up to parry any potential slashes, dropping his rapier in the process.

 

[Silence]

Anik, not expecting this kind of attack, was hit by the kick. It hurt her, but as she had no man-parts, did not incapacitate her. She did indeed also try to slash at him, first with a vertical slash of her right sword, then following it up with a horizontal of her left.

Oryn used his left arm to attempt a parry of Anik's right sword, his arm covered by armour that would help protect him. At the same time, he swung his right leg up at Anik's side, trying to kick her in the kidney and hopefully knock her off balance before she could swing with her other blade.

 

[Silence]

Anik got kicked and fell with an "Oooomph..."

She kept hold of her left sword however, and slid it across Oryns leg while falling. As she was on the ground, she fastly rolled over one time, to get some distance.

Oryn groaned in pain, his natural voice heavily muffled by his helmet, as the cut in his leg began bleeding. He quickly rolled onto his front, however, and got to his feet, putting most of his weight on the uninjured leg. As he rose, he grabbed his rapier and lunged towards Anik, thrusting towards her head.

 

[Silence]

As she heard Oryn get up, she quickly rolled back towards him, dropping her swords, trying to grab his legs with her hands and pulling him off his feet.

Since Oryn was off balance, he tumbled to the ground when Anik pulled on his legs. Discarding his sword, Oryn attempted to roll on top of Anik and, if successful, would try to headbutt her, using his hard helmet as a weapon.
