TF2, valve fucked it up with all the new shit and now it's free.
Surely at some point in your childhood your parents said this to you:

"Someone else getting something nice doesn't affect you at all".

Still applies.

I'd probably say Playstation Move, not because of any problem with the actual device but just because none of the games for it at the moment interest me.
Yes it does, because I need to work for something or pay for it and some other asshole will get it served on a dinner plate, it's not fair. if one person pay, everybody pay. one get it free, everybody get it free. That's how it's suppose to be, and the compensation for buying the game before it turned free you get a fucking hat, fuck me... that's what I always wanted, NO! I want my fucking money back!
Do you need your binkey? just shut up about this kid! there major money is in micro transactions! just because its free dosnt mean gameplay is going down your fool! Do you also cry baby tears when games you payed for go on sale? do you cry when it changes with updates?
Did you just call me a kid and a fool? Fuck you. I'm not a kid or a fool and I got all the right in the world to be irritated over this and I'm absolutely not the only one but I'm not going to speak for others, only myself. Ofc it's frustrating than you see a game you love and enjoy getting ruined than it's suppose to get better, it's like comparing CoD4, MW2 and BO, more promises for every game but it just got worse with every game (even if I still enjoy CoD4) and I don't give ein fuck where my money is, I just want it fucking back, it isn't really hard to understand! Also, a sale is a sale, giving something away after charging money from thousands is fucking scumbag-ish!

And seriously, are you trying to piss me off or something, because the way you write is not very nice in a more sublime way, you call me a kid, a fool and than ask me if I cry over updates and sales.
no, you have no rite to be pissed! hell i bought it a few months befor this do i feel i wasted money, yes. Do i hate steam? no DO I EVEN CARE?! NO! you bought the game its in the pase some people will get it for free. THIS ISNT YOUR GAME! let Valve do there own thing and just enjoy the game!
I know it's not my game, I'm not a moron. But I have all the right in the world to be pissed and I am. You should be pissed too cos' they blew smoke up your ass, they did it on everybody!
And what did we get? A fucking hat! and you know what's funny, I didn't even get the fucking hat, so that means they blew smoke up my ass, destroyed one of my favorite games and in the end not even have courtesy to give anything in return!

Prety much the limited edition to these following games

Alone in the Dark (sure the extra stuff were cool but it doesn't help the fact that the game is still crap).

Monster Hunter Tri (by all mean it's still an awesome game but it's not worth buying the limit edition. The Wii speak is useless and while the stature is cool but I would not be upset for losing it. I should of bought the game with the wii classic controller version instead).

Dragon Age 2, Gothic 4, an Xbox 360, a variety of games that I've bought in packages but never taken the time to play due to one game in the package being more attractive than the others, Mass Effect 1 & 2, Spore and I can't really think of anything else at the moment.

Oh! And CoD: Black Ops, what a piece of shit.

I assumed the wii attachment would give that 1-to-1 ratio for all games. turns out I don't have a single game that uses it.

Alice: Madness Returns... for PC anyway... I played the original and thought it was quite good but when I installed the sequel I found that it's so terribly optimized and ported that it's effectively not worth playing... the camera and aim assist are design specifically for consoles and are extremely finicky and unwieldy speeding up and slowing down seemingly at random which isn't helped by not having an option to adjust the speed... the graphic options are minimal, only really having Resolutions to choose from and worse than that is that it's just so terribly optimized that running it on anything other than Japan's K supercomputer will result in absolutely abysmal frame rates and stuttering... even if said computer is running dual ATI Radeaon HD 6870s, 8 gigs DDR3 Ram and a 3.2 ghz quad core processor... all of which is more than twice the recommended requirements and even with everything turned off and on the lowest setting it finds a way to still chug horrendously when an enemy so much as enters the screen...
Did you try turning the PhysX down to low? My rig is nothing compared to what you stated yours is (HD 5770, 2.2 AMD Dual Core, 2.5gb RAM). When I turned down the PhysX the game ran like a dream, and it still looked beautiful.

I think the biggest waste of money I have ever seen was a peripheral for the xbox 360. It was a usb drink cooler(A fan with a plastic cover on top).
Lol reminds me of the time my partner bought a USB cup warmer. I warned him it'd be useless. Wasn't that many weeks til I found it in a box.

every time Vanile opened her mouth i wanted to put a nade in it

i loved Sazh thou
I'm trying to get my investments worth out of that game but, as you said, vanille makes that very difficult. Playing in small bite size sections helps, a couple hours every couple of weeks is my current plan to finish it. To the game's credit, remembering the combat style after dropping it for a while has got to be the easiest out of their more recent titles.

Mass Effect 2, for some crazy reason I expected an RPG.
Fable 2, fuck you Lionhead, you clearly made the first one by accident if you think this is what we want.
Fable 3, last chance, its worse than 2, I sworn off fable for good, now its on Kinect, fail.

BORDERLANDS, addictive my fucking ass, this piece of shit was repetitive, ugly, bad story, and it was a grind. Fuck this game, it's terrible.

Bioshock 2, I really need to stop trusting developers making sequels.
I'll admit Mass Effect 2 was far closer to how I wanted the series to be. I liked how it got rid of the more cumbersome aspects of the inventory screen. Sorting through my inventory screens at the end of a mission was a monumental pain in the bum for me.

While I think we can both agree that Bioshock 2 was superfluous, but it still wasn't a bad game by any means. The only really bad thing about it was that it had multiplayer achievements.

The longer the Fable series goes on, the less I begin to like it. The first one had it's child-like charm. The second one failed to re-capture the magic which made the first one a bit of a guilty pleasure. However, the third one was just awful - even if it did have the strangely reassuring voice of Mr Stephen Fry in it.

However, you hit the nail square on the head when you lambasted Borderlands. While one's aesthetics vary from one person to the next - I think you were correct to call it ugly. But I would have used the terms featureless and dreary to describe it. Which, I could apply to the game's soundtrack in equal measure.

It's leveling system was too time consuming on the higher levels - like you said, it was a grind. Which brings me to it's enemies, they were recycled ad neuseum. The raider you killed two seconds ago is now the same one attacking you again.

The characters were flat as concrete flavoured pancakes, so one didn't really care if they died or not. Speaking of which, Claptrap is - in my opinion - the most annoying swine I've ever seen in a game. The worst part was that you couldn't kill the little sheisskopf.

The myriad of guns which, while was one of the game's main selling points - were all too similar to one another in terms of looks and performance.

I guess I can say with my hand upon my heart, I abhorred that game.

PS:
Sorry about the rant.

Well a while ago I spent £120 on a Nintendo DSi. I never really played it at all...
Luckily I am selling it to a family member for £100, so I get most of my money back, and more money to invest in a PC.

I might be wrong about this (just making an assumption so don't hate me for this), but judging by the fact that you get Xbox Live Arcade confused with Xbox Live tells me you rarely, if ever, have even played Xbox, and insulting it without even playing it doesn't really seem right...
I barely ever get insulted on Xbox, (I say barely ever because just yesterday someone sent me hate mail because I killed him repeatedly), and even when someone is loud I always mute them with the touch of a button anyway.

Also, yes, I do realise how ironic this post is. :)

Let's see.

Bioshock 2 comes to mind first. Everything was so inferior to the first. From to story, to the atmosphere, to the gameplay. Another would be Enslaved. Not that it was bad or anything, but because I bought it at $40 and it was $20 a couple weeks later...

The big one would have to be Kotor 2. I got it for $10 and I still feel ripped off. It took me a week to get it running, it lags whenever there are smoke effects despite my computer being from last year, and in general it is just incredibly inferior to its predecessor.

I'm generally pretty cautious with my limited funds, but if I had to pick something, I'd probably go with Dragon Age: Origins. I wasn't a fan of high fantasy to start with, but I was hoping Bioware might remedy that. Sadly, no such luck. It's not Mass Effect.

Orange Box, played through Portal, was alright, played through the whole of Vannila Half Life 2 because a friend told me it would cause bouts of spontaneous pleasure, biggest waste of $25 ever.
Really? You though portal was just "alright"? Everyone has their own opinion and the full right to express it, but wow, you're the first person who I've heard say it was "alright". Any specific reasons why you didnt like it?
Well the game holds itself up with a single mechanic, and I don't care how good the mechanic is or how short the game is, I simply can't do the same one thing throughout a game.

Valve has a way of creating incredibly boring protagonists, I beat Portal, Half Life 2, and traded the Orang Box in before I found out the protagonists name was Chell, I know people say Chell and Gordon Freeman are blank slates and you can impart you own personalities on them by how you play, but those people are fucking liars.

Portal has the worst fans in the fucking universe, one of my friends texted me at 4 a.m. with "the cake is a lie" expecting me to laugh, and while I didn't he most certainly will anytime anyone mentions it, and that is far from an isolated incident.

The game isn't much to look at, not nearly enough color, and all the levels just blend together.

I can't even remember if their was music in the game, my 3 hours spent playing it all seem like a haze.

The puzzles were laughably easy.

The humor wasn't the type I enjoyed.

Overall it really wasn't that fun or memorable. It wasn't particularly bad or offensive, but it takes home the bronze medal at best.
