Brink was the worst purchase in general, the stupidest purchase was Borderlands. Don't get me wrong, I love that game to death, but I bought it new on Xbox, didn't really get into it, sold it, bought it again recently (for Xbox) and got really into it, got all the DLC, my mom destroys the disc after picking up the running console, I can't live without it, and I buy it again for PC.
Gearbox, you owe me, and you can repay by making Borderlands 2 even better. Thanks;)

I just wait for one of Steam's inevitable ridiculous discounts before buying, then I don't have to worry about wasting too much money. Bioshock didn't run well on my computer. Whatever, it only cost me $5. Left 4 Dead and its sequel don't have as much replay value as I'd expected. Doesn't matter, I paid $15 and got the both of them.

I have yet to waste my money, mainly because I don't have a job yet =D
In terms of the money that I earn from working for my parents friends (like handy man shit but in a field full of horses), I spend it very frugally. I always make sure I really want something before I buy it. hence the £350 I have saved so far this year.

The Playstation Move, I bought it and played Heavy Rain and Dead Space on it and haven't used it in months. My Kinect was a much better investment because Child of Eden is cool and the Kinect was cheaper than the Move.
If your Kinect was cheaper than Move then you seriously got conned because I paid 40 euro for mine and I know the Kinect cost over a hundred euro.
Anyway, I would have nearly said that as well, if they hadnt shown the Move DLC for Little Big Planet at E3, so I'd have to say the DJ Hero turntable, I havent played it since the week I bought it and I couldnt be arsed buying the sequel (actually that reminds me MW2....).

I got my kinect pre-owned without a box. It works perfectly. It was £50

This Frag FX mouse controller thing for PS3. 100? down the god damn drain for a barely functioning, unresponsive and uncomfortable piece of plastic shit.

Also Brink. That game sucks.

In 1987 I chose to buy a Spectrum +3 instead of an Amiga 500 - and it didn't live up to expectations - failed to play many of my old Spectrum games - was not supported by software and was almost immediately obsolete.

I'd have to say the fight-stick controller I bought for my 360 for Blazblue:CS. Used it a few times and gave up to using my controller.

L4D2 I bought ut recently so if the games are not empty they are filled with idiots.
All CoDs after CoD 2
Alan Wake, I like the game but I bought it in a pack with L4D2 because it was cheaper, but I alredy watched an LP of the game so I don't have any reason to continue playing

Brink. Seriously, that game is absolutely terrible.
I was able to get my money back and put it on DNF, which also sucked. Now the money is on Deus Ex: Human Revolution but if that doesn't work out, there's always Arkham City.

Persona 3 Portable. I played much worse games, but they were always cheaper. This game was just?average. And it's a bad habit, but reviews do change my view on a game, and a game like P3P certainly doesn't deserve an average score of 90.

Now, Mass Effect 2, Oblivion, and Fallout 3 were much worse, but I borrowed them from a friend.

Final Fantasy 13. Dear lord, what a train wreck. I couldn't make it past 15 hours in or so before reselling it and using that money to buy Fallout 3 GotY.
Haha, wow. Calling Final Fantasy XIII a train wreck and then getting Fallout 3. You got me there.

10/10 you got me.

From what iv seen there are NO hardcore games comeing to kanect and microsoft is ablivios to that. But Sony is not a angel there HARd push on 3D(and that puting it lightly) is jsut embarising was of money.

Im not going to spend 3000 bucks to play killzone 3, i will buy that gun but the red ball needs to go!

Dead Rising 2

Because every single part of that game pissed me off, from having to install that crap pile GFWL to the retarded survivor AI.

And then Steam had it on sale a week later.
Aahahahaha, yeah. And the fact that there's no Free-roam survival mode like there was in the first one.

Probably Dark Void. While I think it was still very much worth playing despite how bad it is most of the time, it just wasn't worth the $30 I paid for it. Otherwise, I'd say all my games were pretty much worth what I paid for them, even the ones that have since gotten considerably cheaper since I bought them.

Not much to be honest. I spent more money on alcohol on Saturday then I ever have on a game. And Saturday was the 4th time I went drinking in a fortnight.

So my sense of value may be slightly different to yours.

Tabula Rasa in the collectors edition, played for a month, got bored and then the game was cancelled. I got more use out of the poster and the dogtag than the actual game and even the dog-tag is cheaper than a 5 bucks thing I got from a hot-topic like store here in Germany. It wasn't a bad game, it was a mediocre one that wasted potential, so that's more disappointing than a game that is so bad you at least get an emotion out of it.

TF2...now it's free.
...and?

New and more players means more moving targets. More moving targets means more kills. More kills means a higher rank on the scoreboard. A higher rank of the scoreboard means more epeen points.

Oh, and complaining that something is free is quite ridiculous.
Because, I needed to pay for it, not fair. and than it wasn't free we didn't have any or just a few annoying idiots, now we have plenty of them, like XBLA! And the game was fucking perfect than it was fully original, but everything went straight to hell with the updates after spy and sniper update.
With respect. When did you buy the game? Was the time you've been playing the game up until now not worth the money you paid?

I can imagine it stings a bit but it's the same as someone buying a game full price when it comes out and then it being in the bargain bin a few months later. You have to pay a premium if you want the game right away.

As for all the nubs, they'll either soon get better or leave, it'll back to how you like it no time.

The other chap who quoted you though(the one who bought it 2 days before free-to-play), that's a real stinker, I'd be annoyed too.
