Gah! For real, broski.Skylane14 said:Exactly. It even seems like they are celebrating the fact that, in their eyes, he is going to burn in Hell forever. That's just wrong. There is, to me, no greater perversion than taking delight in the condemnation of someone's eternal soul. And who are they to judge whether he is even going to Hell? They didn't know him, we don't know him, and that's honestly for him and God to sort out. It's sickening just how many people take on that "holyer-than-thou" stance and decide that they are suddenly the judge and jury for everyone else on the planet. It's because of mindsets like that that so many people think poorly of Christianity.Uncle Muffles said:^^^^^Skylane14 said:Good lord...it's people like this that give Christians a bad name. I sincerely apologize for the fanatical lemmings that pretend to share my beliefs.
You win, takin' all the words right out of my mouth.
Sometimes I wonder if they're even Christians in the slightest... o_o
For fuck's sake, so what if he didn't worship God? He helped bring some of the greatest music of all time, and it's not our damn place to judge. People like them just need to die quickly and see how their verdicts are called.
What if at his dying moments, he repented? They don't know what happened during Dio's final breaths. It's radicals such as that who ruin everything, no matter what religion they're apart of. 4Chan without the sad, sad, sad humor.
That's mostly the reason I don't talk to most of the family anymore and decided to seek the truth on my own. But there will always be idiots like what you have there; people who think they've got the right to decide whether living, breathing, human beings are fallen or otherwise.
It's just... disheartening. *sigh*
Eventually their bullshitting should end. I hope...
