OOC: Fun fact @Ven- I picked up the new Nids codex yesterday, and found the exact same quote that you used in it, about the Eldar summoning the dead to their ranks before they had to join those of the dead. Also, are the Eldar cloaked against thermal scanners and whatever other sensory equipment the Turians might have, or just in the visible spectrum?
Garrus took his M-27 Incisor from his own personal weapons locker and laid it on a low table, opening the casing to work on calibrating the concentration module, a VI device that linked in with his visor and calculated the speed and direction in which a target was moving as well as a dozen other variables and automatically micromanaging his aim, augmenting his already formidable marksmanship. As he worked he glanced up at the large white heavy pistol case that he had instructed the marine to prepare. A nagging thought at the back of his mind warned him again of the potential threat posed by the contents, and he scowled almost imperceptibly before focusing on the rifle again.
"You're welcome, Captain." The Helmsman of the Vespasian responded to the message. "I just wish that we could have gotten there sooner. I'm glad to hear that you survived the crash. Any other survivors?"
