The medical officer nodded before signalling for equipment to be brought. One of the Turians, who was wearing a specialised omnitool, used a high intensity cutting laser to remove the hilt and point of the sword, leaving just an inch of metal protruding from the armour on each side. They then loaded him onto a stretcher which lifted off th ground, perched on a mass effect field and allowing them to move him effortlessly to the shuttle.

OOC: Yeah, I'm going to take a break.

Winter and Austin exit the showers and met up with Amy outside, they start sparring with their respected melee weapons, Winter and her zankantou, Austin with his sword/sheath combo, and Amy with her beam sabre.

OOC: Damn after I'm finished this Tyranid thing and move onto just playing an Elite he will absolutely hate anyone who uses magic, otherwise fights without a weapon or prefers ranged combat.

OoC: @Hatchy Yeah, I like it too. Could be better though, the freaking guest rap verse ruins it for me.
@Rosh Hm... kinda stuck here. On one hand, I want Makoto and Winter to talk, but on the other Makto's covered in scratches and hickeys, plus it just feels wrong to have her not there when Grace wakes up. What to do...

Oh, and since when did Austin practice Iaido?

@Gear: He always had, just nobody asked and there really hasn't been a time for melee combat (Which I plan to fix for the final boss in Rochester)... He uses a moveset similar to Alpha Patroklos/Setsuka of Soul Calibur fame. Winter just going to chuckle about 'having fun' with Makoto/Grace.

The three continue their training, but decide to amp it up. They charge their weapons with their respected Elemental powers and sparks, rubble and icicles fly off in random directions with every slash and parry.

Valentine started to wake up, her vision was blurred and her head felt like it had been hit by a train. she gives of a small groan, takes off her hat and holds her head for a while.

@Rosh Well, I figured that Winter helped instgate this relationship, plus she and Makoto seem to be close, at least from my PoV, so she deserves an update and a freindly chat. And who knows, it might even help with this plot thing of yours. Oh, and on the subject of your plot, remember I asked about taking a memory unit of some kind from the stealth mission? There's a hard drive on the bridge of Four's ship.

Anyway, still don't know wether I should actually get Makoto up or not.

@Gear: That would be good. And yes, it would actually :). As for the memory unit, just bring it to one of my characters, they'll figure out something. Oh, by the way, I'm reading a fanfiction called Ask Rachel Alucard [http://www.fanfiction.net/s/5654697/2/Ask_Rachel_Alucard] its funny ^_^

The three end their sparring as they were both tired. Getting hungry, Amy and Winter make their way to Four's kitchen, while Austin wanders into the Walmart store for something or other...

OoC: Ok then, getting her up.

Makoto yawned and opened her eyes. Grace was still asleep. Makoto smiled and gave Grace a light kiss, then got out of bed. After a while of looking she found her clothes, but they didn't even come close to covering all the scratches and marks, so she threw on her hat and overcoat to cover herself. She left her room, heading to the kitchen, and saw Amy and Winter. "Morning guys!"

Erica giggled. "It's all about self-restraint. Nothing wrong with drinking a glass or two. You just gotta stop when you feel yourself getting too drunk.
Heh. No worries though. You're not the only one who learned this the heard way." She said as she walked over to Valentine. "Come. Let's go outside and get some fresh air. It'll probally help with your headache."
