He continued to fire in bursts of 5 or 6 six shots until the Plasma Rifle overheated and he growled and shook the weapon as it vented plasma residue and then resumed shooting and moving, hoping force Dalik into close combat.
He took several hits, his shields flaring with greater intensity after each shot. A Spinfusor shot landed beside him and his shield went down. He snarled and cloaked.
THe Swordsman missed the greater shield intesity that came with Field Marshall armour, having to make do with Officer lever shields. It was a challenge however. The had speed and maneuverability whereas he had strength and skill at arms. He returned his Plasma Rifle to his side and drew his Needle Carbine as he slinked to a distance.
He uncloaked and lowered his Needle Carbine. There was no honour in how they fought, unlike the human from yesterday. Perhaps he was wrong to question the Covenant, perhaps every species could fight well when backed up into a corner.
"Honor.....combat....ranged.....dishonorable" the third horseman spoke, as he glared down upon the skirmish with disdain.

The Sworsman snarls and turns away, returning the Needle Carbine to his back. Despite preffering close combat he was apt at marksmanship.

Winter woke up curled up next to Four, holding her gently. Smiling, she got up and hit the showers. Austin woke up as well, checking that Noel was alright. Seeing that she was, he proceeded to the showers.
Amy was already awake and returned from the nearby mountain with a large snake.

Erica woke, having fallen asleep in the kitchen. [sub]"Wuh...?"[/sub] Groggily, she looked around, not realising where she was at first. Oh no! I fell asleep in the kitchen again! Oh... my poor back... Getting up from the chair, Erica walked out of the kitchen and left the ship, rubbing her stiff and sore back.
She gave Amy a half-hearted wave once she saw here approaching the ship.
