Xanis stirred from his memedream where he had been walking with the dead along a blue beach with a white sun while violet water lapped at the shore. Before his return to reality he had been walking with the Rangers, themselves wearing loose gowns while he wore a similar gown of black and bone. He talked at length with Inaeun, able to do so because of his affinity with the dead and his memory of the Eldar who had served under him so long ago.
When he 'woke' he stood up and made his way to the bridge of the ship, barren accept for the Steersman who, assisted by the dead, piloted the ship. "Hold fast helmsman, we are above the allocated point." The steersmen obliged and Xanis turned to leave and join a group of Eldar to the surface. "and now to set events in motion."
Amy looked over at Makoto and leaped hugged her; lucky Amy wasn't in her power armor. "HEY GUYS LOOK! I found a new friend! My name is Amy Xi! Pleased to meet yoouuu....<3<3"
Amy continued hugging Makoto, with the occasional hopping up and down. She made a :3 face. "I've seen you around, but I never introduced myself! Ssssoooo... You're part squirrel, right? If I tossed you a bag of nuts, would you eat it? If I..." her rants with "If I..." start becoming more... strange.
@Gear: Plain weird strange. She is my equivalent to Excellen Browning after all. Her best line ever from dodging an attack "A wop, bop-a-loo-bop, a wop, bam, WHIFF!"or...
"There, there. Nobody says you suck... Even though you do."
[hr]
Amy stuck out her tongue alittle, in a happy face. "Yup, yup! I gotta counter Miss Super Cereal (Serious) and Mister Gloomy Face over there!<3<3"
Xanis would go alone, the Dire Avengers and Guardians would remain aboard as back-up. The ship descended into low atmosphere as Xanis mounted an Eldar Jetbike, a sleek vehicle that could deploy from atmosphere. He physcicaly started the vehicle and it began to whir, the engines flaring as he waited for the portal to open to outside the ship.
Xanis shot the vehicle forward, into atmosphere. His helmet allowing him to survive. He brought the vehicle into a mild descent as he headed for the location he had detected those important were on the skein of existance.
Oh, and @Ven, I just thought I might as well tell you that, even though I play TF2, I don't worship PC gaming...or console gaming really...I just like to play video games...Not trying to brag or anything, just saying...
OOC: Maybe because I'm watching Game of Thrones, re-glueing some models that have fallen apart, in England where it is currently raining and grey as fuck and I'm gagging for a smoke but I am just in a really Shite mood.
@Outis I don't mind. Youtube and this website are just filled with people now who try and pile on the pros of PC gaming on people and how crap consoles are in the hope they'll just up and buy a PC. I'm sick of it. The first thing Iver played a game on was a Nintendo 64, which my childminder had. I got my first PS1 and played that, then a PS2 and a Gamecube and now a 360. I have and always will be a console gamer, no amount of nvidia geforce Ex or whatever will change that. The only genre that I have noticed as being better on PC is RTS games.
