We Are Our Avatars IV (Uh, closed for real now)

Emerald WEAPON simply began going on a rampage, destroying large chunks of the palace. Attempting to destroy the threat to the planet. Attempting to kill Joseph.

The eyes on it's shoulders open up and begin firing lasers in random directions.

 

[Furioso]

"Alright, who's ready?" asked Raven

Mitsuru smiled a little "I don't doubt your claims, I simply wish to find out everything I can about them, is there anything else we should know about these "WEAPONS"?"

"Jean??? Wha... Katrina! Over here!" Katrina rushed over to Phoenix as she gently placed Jean on the ground.

"Hn." Katrina's DragonLord Armor disappeared as she was back in her SoulWeaver Armor. "Alright... Let's see what's up with you..." Katrina bend down and checked on Jean's person before doing anything more drastic.

Joe picked up Tao and quickly left the area, moving to a more secure location. He ordered Knight to get a look at what was happening.

Jean didn't seem to be able to move on her own at the moment, so she stared blankly up at the sky.

Jean did not seem to be injured at all.

"I think we might be lacking in a one or two adventures but taverns have tons of the guys. Now come on let's do this already" He said going back and pulling out a rather large weapon from the cart he has. It was a rather large club and thicker than most

"Just that they are powerful. And defeating them is no easy task." Cloud responds.

Emerald continues to rip apart the surroundings. The destruction is immense as it devastates the terrain. Always moving towards Joseph's location. Him and his book.

Joe is now in Japan. Knight appears near Emerald and observes it.

"Jean... Can you... hear me..?" Phoenix asked her crouching down. "Phoenix stand back..." Katrina looked at Jean. "Jean... If you can here me. I'm going to try something. Being a SoulWeaver, I can see the making of your soul, seeing impurities and errors. I'm going to do this, Ok? It shouldn't hurt. Phoenix, Crystal hold her up."

Phoenix and Crystal slowly and gently picked Jean up and used their shoulders to hold Jean up. A darkblue energy ruptured around Katrina as she fired a spirit chain at Jean, piercing right through her, making no damage to her body or her soul. Katrina sees....

 

[Saltyk]

Emerald WEAPON stops its rampage and begins walking off. Walking towards Joseph's location in Japan.

 

[Drakmorg]

Etna looked around and seemed annoyed. "Seriously? It's just me and the old guy on this one? Eh, I'm honestly fine with that. More loot for me." She said as she stepped through the magic portal.

Flonne just stood by near Jean and the others, looking concerned.

Katrina would so that Jean's soul looked very different than an normal human. It was very thin and airy, almost like it was only partly there. In a very deep, dark corner, there seemed to be a small, black spot of impurity.

OOC: @Salt: Tell me if it doesn't make sense for the 8ft tall Knight to do this...

Knight appeared on the WEAPON'S shoulder-ish area and drew his sword, preparing to drive it down into it.

Raven called out to Etna "Hey! No need ta be so mean about it!" As he ran into the portal after her

"I see, thank you for the help..." Behind Cloud, Mitsuru noticed that Katrina had stabbed Jean with what appeared to be a chain, Mitsuru ran towards them, drew her gun and rapier and shouted out "What the hell are you doing!?"

 

[Demonjazz]

The area was the general totally not medieval era farm. There was a rather large city in the distance. The man pointed towards it "That's where heroes meet up. I know a couple there who would be willing to help." He said looking walking towards a stable

"Helloooo<3... What do we have here? Something irregular I believe." Katrina said sensing the black spot of impurity.

"Are... Are you going to remove it?" Phoenix asked. Katrina retracted the spirit chain as Crystal and Phoenix set Jean on the ground again.

"Won't. Unless its something completely, completely, foreign. Removing it could damage Jean's soul. And I would never do that... Phoenix, did you say something back some God of Death floating around?"

"Than?"

"Yes. Call him over to examine this." She turned to Mitsuru. "I'm doing us a favor for Jean's sake."

 

[Saltyk]

Emerald seemed to slow when Knight (somehow) appeared on it's shoulder. But the huge creature seemed to barely be concerned with it and simply knocked Knight off with one hand before continuing to walk towards Japan.

 

[Furioso]

Raven followed the man "Ooook, well anyways, you can call me Raven, what about you?" he asked

Mitsuru leveled her rapier at Katrina "Explain yourself."

 

[Drakmorg]

"Oh please, if I were being mean I'd have complained about having to share the loot with some arthritic geezer who isn't going to be able to pull his own weight." Etna replied to Raven with a smirk. She followed after the tall man who was about twice as tall as she was and said, "So when do we get looting?"

"W-What was that chain thing?" Flonne asked Katrina, nervously trying to think of something else besides the plethora of bad things that could have happened or could continue happening to Jean.

"I already know, thank you." Than said as he peered down at Jean.

Knight was imbedded deep into the ground as he was knocked off. He emerged from the ground and appeared near Emerald's back, planting his sword into it's back and dragging it downward.

Emerald seemed to roar as Knight attacked it. It turned around and smacked him with a hand and then fired it's shoulder lasers at him.
