OoC: @Nailik I missed this whole "sixth sense" thing Terra-2 has, what's with that?

Jania saw the creature, a blue glow emanating from it's mouth. "What is that beast?! I am not sure it can even be slain!"

"Looks like it's about to fire something..." Katrina readied herself as she summoned the Elemental Dragon of Darkness for a shield around herself and Crystal.

How dull... Phoenix's armor manifested over herself as she got ready.

"Why would I want to do that Miss Jean? I wouldn't be able to see the giant monster then!" Flonne replied to Jean, then she went back to looking out at sea at the WEAPON.

"Meh, I'm not impressed yet." Etna drew her spear as she moved to go hide behind some charred trees in the nearly burned forest.

 

[Kirke]

Orm looked closer at Sapphire, and exclaimed with joy as he saw that it wasn't the Midgard Serpent.

 

[Furioso]

Raven had backed up to the forest edge, he turned and fired 3 magically enhanced arrows into the creatures mouth. He wasn't about to let it fire at everyone

Mitsuru knelt down beside Terra "What is it? What's wrong?" she asked

"It's probably dangerous..." Jean said as she looked at the monster as well.

Crystal charged up Magic for herself and Katrina.

Odile and Dokurod finally caught up with the others. "Wow...looks like the catch of the day top me..." Dokurod said, not at all threatened by the creature, Odile tilted her head at it and stared.

OoC @Salty: Wanna jump in with Cloud and Zack?
@Gear: Terra(-2) can sense magical energies, and the WEAPONS have a lot of that. So it get overwhelming.

Raven's arrows desintegrated when the neared the energy Sapphire was sotring up. Sapphire momentarily stopped its advance. It fired the beam it had been charging up at the ship, taking a sizable chunk out of it and setting it on fire. With that done, Sapphire continued its advance.

One more turn until it arives.

Jania saw the monster devestate the ship with a beam. She stood there, stunned, then snaped out of it. Even is it was totally ineffectual, she had to do something. She ran to a high spot, gripping her quarterstaff, then pulled out a deimond. Sucking all the power out of it, the tip of her staff glowed like the sun. Positioning it like a rifle, Jania began firing large freballs out of the tip, at the WEAPON, aiming for it's mouth.

Phoenix flew above the destruction of the ship and using her Elemental Fire powers, evaporated the flames around the ship.

"Get ready..." Katrina mumbled as she set herself with the Destiny Blade ready.
[hr]
Sepulchure and Fluffy were near the ship when Sapphire fired, but didn't seem the slightest bit concerned.

 

[Furioso]

"Wha-what?! No fair! Let's see you get rid a this!" Said Raven, as he summoned a huge tornado down on the weapon. The tornado had lightning arcing through it, and about 2 seconds after it was summoned, a lightning bolt shot down the center of it.

"Can you move? Do you think you can run away?" asked Mitsuru

 

[Drakmorg]

Flonne watched the monster fire a massive laser beam at the ship and cause an explosion, and just giggled to herself and clapped. "Oh wow! That's awesome!" She declared. Then she realized what had actually happened and her mood sank. She nervously chuckled and said, "Oh wait, that's bad, isn't it? We should get you someplace safe Miss Jean."

"Okay, starting to get a little impressed." Etna commented to herself from her hiding place. Aside from chucking things at it, there was nothing she could do to the WEAPON until it reached the shore, as she had no intention of fighting it in the sea.

 

[Kirke]

Orm took a step back, then turned and ran. He ran quickly, as if his life depended on it.

Crystal closed her eyes and focused her powers, as she congregated up her spells.

Odile made her left hand light up purple and swished her wrist, firing a dark magic blast at the WEAPON'S face.

"Good idea..." Jean said a bit sarcastically as she started pulling Flonne away from the group and the ship.

Ooc: @Nail No, I'll pass. I only wanna get one thing accomplished to set up the ending of the plot. Afterwards, I'll probably bow out and write out Cloud and Zack, anyway.

Jania's hit the WEAPON in the face, as it had already closed its mouth. The creature didn't even flinch.
When they electrified tornado struk the WEAPON, it wailed. The electricity coursing through it amplified by the fact that in was in water. It didn't appreciate being electrocuted, it in due time, it would show just how much it didn't appreciate it.
Odile's magic burst had much the same effect as Jania's fireballs. That is to say, next to none.

Saphire went from sixty knots to a completely stop, this resulted in a large tidal wave that headed towards the group.
