"They want 7 million yen." Ronin said as she caught the chip none-the-less. With the explosion and the resulting things that happened, Ronin did lose focus for a moment. When she wiped her hair out of her eyes, she saw Sharra on the ground and generally not being threatening any more. Ronin decided to lower her gun.

Sophia's eyes widened as she noticed Tavish placing all the explosives, obviously fearful of what might happen. Thinking about what to do, she looked into Shara's toolbox and found some earplugs, quickly putting them in before Tavish detonated the charges.

She then tried to grab onto the ground as much as she could as the shockwave rang out, not sure how strong it would be.

 

[Gearhead mk2]

"What is this creature?" Samus asked, her stoic facade dropping.

 

[Slenn]

"Opening the container at this point would be ill-advisable. Let's get the dang ninja-cat back to the bounty office. Do you have the poster with you?"

 

[Drakmorg]

"Oh right yeah."

Vicky pulled out the bounty poster to see if it had changed any.

 

[ShindoL Shill]

Victoria would see the poster hadn't changed at all.

 

[Slenn]

"Please don't tell me we caught the wrong cat."

 

[Drakmorg]

"Either that or he somehow already got out of there."

Vicky replied, showing EMily the poster, then pointing to the box.

 

[Slenn]

EMily shook the box to hear if anything was still in there.

 

[Gearhead mk2]

"Perhaps we should take it there, see what is happening." Samus suggested.

 

[ShindoL Shill]

EMily would hear nothing. The box would feel suspiciously light.

 

[Slenn]

EMily's eye started twitching with an almost comical frown on her face.

"Why didn't the cat use the same stupid trick to get out of my shields!? Why did he use it now? Did he have a teleport thingamabob on him?"

 

[Demonjazz]

An old rust beaten and barely working spaceship was driving over the planet before it saw a huge splash of water. The person inside of it decided that had to be something cool there. He landed next to the other spaceship he saw thinking that this was some sort of spaceship parking lot. Seeing the Demoman he shouted "Howdy pardner! Was dat you making dat goshdarn fancy fireworks display!"

 

[Gearhead mk2]

Samus just stared in disbelief. "How... How did... Are cats capable of teleportation? Because I cannot think of any other explanation."

 

[username sucks]

"Is that you, engy?" Tavish asked the newcomer, still disoriented from the explosion he had caused.

 

[Slenn]

"No they can't. They also don't speak english either." She said to Samus.

She grumbled a little in frustration.
"Is anyone here wanting to catch this guy at some other time? We know what he looks like as a cat after all."

 

[Demonjazz]

"... Well I took shop class once... And den got kicked outta it for violating da electronic safety code."

"I have never seen a cat before, and I didn't get a chance to scan it. I don't know anything about them. And... Maybe we should try to track it again later." Samus sounded dejected, her professional pride hurt by letting a target get away.

 

[Drakmorg]

"I say screw the whole thing. If he can teleport, and none of us can dimensional anchor him, then it's just straight up impossible for us to catch him. Let's just tell the police what we found and then go find something we can actually do."

Vicky answered EMily.

Medic stared at the spaceman.
"Vhat."
