"You do!?" Sophia gasped, seeming quite happy to hear the news, even if Victoria had never seen Jessica herself. "Wow, um... alright! That's great." She said as she held the figurine. "A lot of stuff happened... and I was never able to give it to her. When this is all over, and we can go our separate ways, could you maybe see if you can give this to her? I can make a statue for yourself if you want too." Sophia requested, seeming to be probably the happiest she'd been so far in this adventure.

"And thanks~ I really worked hard on it~" Sophia grinned widely as she looked down at the figurine herself.

Medic nodded, walking up to EMily, "Vould you mind if I took your blood? And maybe implanted something in your heart?" he asked.

 

[Slenn]

She blinked a few times at the request.
"I would mind if you took my blood. And even if you were able to retrieve it, it'll decay within seconds. If you even manage to do a DNA scan of it before it decays, it will only show regular human DNA. I was able to donate blood to Seras because I kept my wound open. But that was because she was in danger. And for those reasons, I will not comply."

"Also I'm declining your second request to implant anything inside me. My body is fine on its own. Don't you have any regulations against dissections?"

 

[Wackymon]

"Sorry, it's just zhat I am not sure zhat your heart can take a Ubercharge, and I need the implant to ensure zhat my charge vill make you invincible." he said to her, "And shame, vould veally help me vith ze new healing formula for my syringes I'll have to make." he commented.

 

[Drakmorg]

Vicky leaned her upper body back, as Sophia's sudden happy outburst had surprised her.

"Uh, yeah. Yeah, sure, no problem. Shouldn't be super hard to look her up and get it to her."

She agreed.

"And really? You'd do that? That'd be pretty nice. I don't have a lot of stuff made out of wood. Heh."

She smiled a little at Sophia's offer.

"Oh thank you." Sophia said before setting the figurine gently back into the bag before closing it, and after a pause gave Victoria a hug. It wasn't an overly long one, just a nice squeeze and release, but still meaningful.

"And of course, it's the least I can do since... well I don't technically have any money to give you... One question though would be if you want me to have you in a particular pose though. I've gotten in the habit of asking, some people prefer it more that way." Sophia continued to grin happily.

 

[Slenn]

"I've made it on my own without an 'Ubercharge' for the 24 years of my life. But my body can withstand large quantities of electricity. I'm practically immune to its damage. As for healing, I'm already gifted with something else. So I'm politely saying no thank you. But if your healing gun works as you claim it to be, then that will be fine enough." She said with a polite nod. "What exactly does an Ubercharge do anyway? Anything to do with electricity?"

"Vhell, depends on ze medigun I am using, if eet is ze Vaccinator, it provides a 50% boost to defense against injuries, either burns, ballistic weapons, or explosives. If it is ze kritzkrige, zhen it boosts ze power of all attacks emminating from ya person, causing them to cause twice as much damage, no matter how far away, if it's the quick-fix- The civilian model of my Medigun - simply makes zhou immune to combat and heal six times faster, and if it eez simply my usual medigun, zhen it makes you invincible, however, all of zhem are only for a short time, and vitout ze implant, your heart vill explode in your chest, except vit ze quick fix, vhich simply increases ze risk of a heart attack." he said, "As for haow eev vorks, vhell,"
(He then went into a long, long rant of technobable, all of which bears more relevance to extremely high-leveled mathematics than quantum theory, though you could decipher a bit of quantum theory here and there, along with a bit of string theory also, in between talking about how he discovered it, the team's reaction, his nobel peace prize, the consequential revoking of it, the angry mob that ensued, the entire country of argentina trying to kill him and such, though a second, and occasionally third time dimension showed up occasionally.)
"Zho zhe dead rattlestakes and zombie-mathematician-ninja's ver difficult to clean up, I have to say zhat it does not use electricity."

 

[Slenn]

Her eyes lifted one eyebrow as she listened to his bizarre tale.

"I.... see. Well, as much as being temporarily invincible at the expense of some risky surgery, I don't know if either I or my sisters would comply. However, I will say that getting into my Photon form does involve shooting vast quantities of energy into my heart. If I was in Photon form, perhaps then your Urbercharge could work on me without the surgery."

 

[Wackymon]

"Oh don't vorry, I've got it down to where it's completely free of risks, other than the occasional broken rib." Medic commented, "Zho zis Photon form... Vhat is it?" he asked.

 

[Slenn]

"Photon form is my quantum field theory form. Myself and my sisters have our own respective forms. Since my abilities center around electromagnetism, and the photon is the quantum particle that works with electromagnetism, my form is named after it (as well as works with it). It essentially allows me to see quantum mechanical data at a large scale. Things that would be costly with my tool, Photon, don't cost as much while I'm in Photon form." She held out the tool for him to see. "A lot of things are possible while I'm in that form. Laser cooling, matter-antimatter creation, and even the light shields I produce will cost much less when I'm in that form. I can even travel at the speed of light without any time dilation."

Dace looked over at EMily "Dis ship has got a maid! Wow, dis must be one fancy ship!"

 

[Wackymon]

Medic stared in shock, and smiled, Zhat is astounding! Zhou vhether it vould vork or not, is up for debate." he idly said, "But still amazing."

 

[Slenn]

"I'm not the ship's maid. Although to be fair, I do not blame you for assuming such things."

"Thank you. But you'll have to be there if I ever use it again. It takes a while for me to build up enough energy." She then looked over at Berethor's shield. "Or something clicks inside of me."

 

[Wackymon]

Medic nodded, and then slapped Dace across the face, "Idiot! She is a SCIENTIST." he yelled at him.

 

[Slenn]

"Can we not start a fight again, please? But yes, I am a scientist."

 

[Demonjazz]

Dace punched Medic back and then turned to talk to EMily "So why are ya dressed like a maid?"

 

[Slenn]

Somewhat startled by the punch, she continued on.
"I used to be a maid, along with my sisters. I just like to wear the modified outfit I had during my time there, the one you're seeing, just because it's one of my favorites. There are plenty of other things that I wear, I'm a human after all, but this is such a classic for me."

"Dat seems like a silly thing to do."

Medic punched Dance in the face in both retaliation and annoyance, "She obviously finds the outfit com- Oh." medic commented.
"Vhell, sounds like you are a very smart woman, vhat vit ze quantum physics!" medic commented.
