The manager had had a short look at Sophia's ears, kind of an indifferent look actually before finally shrugging. "Well just put what you'd like on the counter miss and I'll ring you up. Do you need a bag?" He asked her, Sophia giving him the money for the lacquer as he carried out her transaction.
"Alright that should do it then." Sophia said happily as she put her things into her bag, putting her hood back up, then looking around the room one last time to see if she spotted anything else she needed.
At this time, the teenager grabbed one of the Gundam model kits from the shelves and started to walk slowly to the cash. With his posture and mannerisms, it looked like he was walking up to take the test of his life. "C-c-c-c-could..." He started to say before finally exclaiming. "CanIgetapictureofyouLadyBlueoftheWonderfulRangerMaidensandCristiafromIssue22part4wheresheischangedintoaferretgirl!" The man paused to get a breath, the manager simply facepalming a little. "Ihaveneverseensuchgoodcostumesforsuchmemorablecharacter!"
"Carl what do I keep telling you, stop scaring my customers whenever they remotely resemble a character you've seen in your damn shows." He retorted, which followed with Carl looking to the ground meekly. "S-sorry, it won't happen again."
"That'll be 10 pounds for the sewing kit please."

He reached over to the elbow of his left arm, and twisted a dial-like attachment on it. A blade sprung out of the forearm, pointing down towards the ground. Samus may recognise it as the HF blade Joel had taken from the cyborg ninja.
"It's not always a good idea to poke around with stuff you're unfamiliar with." the woman said to Samus. "That said, we do have some manuals if you want to learn how automail works."

Samus looked at the fancy new blade attachment. "A built in backup weapon, huh? Not sure if that's the most practical way to use it, but impressive." She looked at the woman. "If I can, I would appreciate it. Thank you miss..." She trailed off a little, not knowing either of their names.
EMily paid the sum of money from her satchel, completely at a loss of words for what just happened. She blinked multiple times within a few seconds. "Uuuu-um... here you go."

Sophia reacted much the same as EMily. On the one hand, it seemed like Carl only wanted a picture of two people that dressed up like characters from a comic he read, but was too socially awkward and afraid of girls to ask politely.
"I'm real sorry about that ladies." He said as he handed EMily back the kit. "Admittedly they are pretty good costumes, although I'm not sure you'd want to be wearing them in this weather. Have a nice day." He said pleasantly before giving Carl a look that basically said 'what am I going to do with you?'.

Samus would find herself in a small workshop, with a partly-made automail leg on the workbench. Siobhan picked up a rather thick book and offered it to Samus.
Samus took the large book, putting it in one of the bags she had brought along, examining the automail leg when everything was in place.
A bit of a walk later, Caius and Yeul reached the ship. Entering, the two once more shook the rain off of their umbrellas before folding them up, both wondering how much longer the rain would fall for. Once the umbrellas were as dry as they were going to get, the duo folded them up, and propped them up against the wall.
Moving further into the ship, to the living area, Yeul moved to the laundry room and entered it, closing the door behind her. In the room Yeul took off her clothes, although she kept the various armbands and headdress on. Once she removed her clothes, she put the new ones on, leaving the body warmer unzipped, and looked herself over. She found the tights were a bit too small, and the dress a bit too large, but she didn't mind this too much.
After hanging her wet clothes up, Yeul left the room, looking up to Caius who had been waiting outside, and giving him a feint smile.
"You look well." Caius stated, looking down to Yeul and giving a single, small nod.
