EMily brought her voice down for the other two sisters.
"I'm not entirely sure what to do here. Both tell a passionate story with a lot of conviction."
<color=green>"Let's make sure that Sophia's okay though." The littlest sister said, and the other two agreed. They watched over Sophia along with Samus.

"She's unconscious, but I don't know why. Stress perhaps." Samus picked her up, draping her on one of her massive shoulder globes. "I'll take her inside." She heard for Sophia's room.

"No. It was a carefully picked out set of words that I decided to say... Oh, maybe we could get some money by having a betting ring!"

Though Proditus gave no sign of it, he could hear EMily's whisper as clear as a bell. Still overlooking the scuffle between the xeno and the guardsman, he also noticed Joel battering the knight, and allowed himself a subtle curl of the lips.

You sow discord with masterful ease, Apostle.

Oh, I think I played but a part in this pantomime. Mortals will seize any chance to be instructed by those wiser than themselves, especially if they are encouraged to pursue their most base urges free of all restraint. In time, we will begin that lesson. For now, patience I think.

When Samus entered Sophia's room, she recognized her bag and the strange dagger lying on the area she'd assume Sophia slept with the blankets and pillows. The sheathed dagger would seem more for combat instead of a ceremony, the sheath not having a large amount of decor, although it was still of above average make and rather old looking.

Samus would have to move Sophia's things off of her bed before Samus would be able to set her down.

Samus thought for a second. This was a bit of a fox chicken worm puzzle, as her only usable hand was busy holding Sophia so she didn't slide off her spherical shoulders. She took a deep breath and held it as she dematerialized the arm canon, giving her a hand to clear the bed off with but breaking the suit's airtight seal. She tried clearing a spot quickly but carefully, putting the dagger in the bag. When it was done, she would reseal her suit and set Sophia down.

Eric this time was fast enough to put up his shield. "Nobody listens to the geniuses of their time."

When she placed the dagger into the bag, it didn't seem to have the intended effect it normally would. Sure it went into the bag perfectly fine, but it didn't seem to stay there for very long. The bag not showing that it contained the dagger any more.

Attempting to retrieve the dagger from within the bag however was met with success, easily pulling it out from the bags contents. Although there might be consequences for looking through Sophia's belongings, it might lead to clues as to what might be happening now.

Sophia would simply rest on her bed, still unconscious and alive.

After making sure Sophia was comfortable, Samus turned her attention back to the bag. It might be an invasion of privacy, but she needed to know what was going on... She struggled with it for a second, before resolving to get the dagger and ONLY the dagger. She took it out and looked it over in closer detail, unsheathing it and even giving it a scan to figure out if there was anything unusual about it. It was already visible when she got there, so it technically wasn't snooping, right?

EMily eyed at this huge guy yet again. He looked so much different than the other Chaos Marines. Yet, she knew better. They don't have stamps on their foreheads saying they were bad people, but they were easy to read. She thought about Eliphas, and how he failed to turn her, her sisters, Laguna, and many others. Yet there were people that fell to his suggestions. He and his servants were only demons to her; People that whisper promises of power only in exchange for something that's a critical part of their humanity.

"Come on guys. Let's head to bed." She instructed. And the three turned away back into the ship.

Samus would find that the dagger wasn't made of anything significantly special, steel that although forged of a respectable quality. It would be hard to date when it was made however, but it would be a quite a few decades old.

Samus would be surprised however when she unsheathed the blade, as a voice appeared in her head. It wasn't hostile to her, only calling out 'Sophia Aethis' in her head, and giving Samus the feeling like she should return the dagger to Sophia, like it didn't belong to her (Samus). The voice wasn't audible and spoke in indistinguishable voice.

If Samus resheathed the dagger, the voice would disappear although the mild anxiousness to return the dagger would still linger for a short time longer. The scan however would conclude it was just a regular dagger, albeit with a slight amount of fanciness to it.

Samus might recall Sophia commenting about Eyelander not being the first talking weapon she'd hear from as well, which might have been referring to this.

Samus quickly sheathed the dagger, surprised and a little spooked that it spoke to her until she remembered Sophia's words about talking weapons. She put it back down gingerly, next to the bag.

There wouldn't be anything else other than the bag itself for her to look through if she wanted, otherwise there wouldn't be much of note in Sophia's room.

Samus resolved to leave Sophia alone, give her some time to rest, and left the room.

After several minutes of isolating herself from the overpowering scent, Vicky was able to compose herself again.
Code:
"Wonder if I should go see what's going on outside."
She thought aloud. Moving towards the door, she took a moment to listen to what was going on outside. Hearing that it was mostly the kind of shouting that went with petty bickering, she sighed and sat back down against the wall.
Code:
"Yeah, not that curious."
She muttered, not wanting to have to deal with both possible nausea and having to listen to people yell at each other about things she didn't care about at the same time.

"Even without the... developments with Sophia, this seems to be yet again one of these days where many opt to be unruly." Yeul commented as Victoria went towards the door, then changed her mind about leaving. "Although today, it seems to be more present then it has been before." She added, then silently wondered what the reason for the conflicts could be.
