<color=brown>"Well, the mild sauce will sting a little. The medium sauce will sting moderately. And the blue one will feel like your mouth is on fire. Again, the best way to see for sure is to try it yourself."

"It's not rabbit for sure, but cow has always been pretty good otherwise. A lot harder to get when I was a kid though." Sophia smiled as she started eating away at the second taco.

Seras tried to smile at EMily, but it was clear she still felt pretty uncomfortable.

<color=purple>"Hello Vicky. What's on your mind?" Gwen said, wanting to make conversation.

"There should be tomato juice in the fridge." EMily said to Seras.

OOC: I will be taking off soon to watch some animu.

"What? Nothing. Why would you think something's on my mind?"

Vicky replied to Gwen in between mouthfuls of food.

Seras nodded and got the juice. She took her's somewhere private while Faro sat back down with the others.

"Is something wrong? Don't you like cow?" Sophia asked Samus, even with her sleepiness she was still able to spot the look of a picky eater.

"No, I'm just not used to food like this."Samus responded to Sophia.

 

[Zepherus14]

"Maybe I'm just extra hungry, I don't find anything wrong with them." Sophia said with her mouth partially full of beef. "What do you normally eat then?"

 

[Gearhead mk2]

"Usually I just eat rations or some local edible fauna."

"They look like pretty good tacos." Faro said, speaking from experience with Latin cuisine.

 

[Zepherus14]

"So... that would be what? Mystery meat?" Sophia tried to picture what rations would entail exactly, not having the best of luck doing so.

"I've never had carrot cake before though... a bit curious about that..." She said aloud, eyeing the dessert.

 

[Gearhead mk2]

"Usually just a strip of some tough chewy substance with a lot of essentials inside. Perhaps if I find my ship I'll give you some." That last part came off as a joking threat. "And I've never had carrot cake before either."

 

[Zepherus14]

"You either?" Sophia asked, looking over to Samus, a little surprised to hear the same. "Like... it is carrots, and cake... so I'm not the most keen on either, but I doubt's mind knowing what that was like?" Sophia mused as she looked back to the cake. "Anyways, I dunno, that stuff sounds a bit important, so I don't know if you should really be handing that stuff out, the rations I mean." Sophia replied back with a slight joking tone herself.

"Do they really put carrots in it? I thought it was just a name." Faro said, having never tried the stuff either.

 

[Zepherus14]

"Don't look at me, I'm not taking cooking classes at the college." Sophia said as she ate some more of the taco.

 

[Drakmorg]

"Finely ground carrots are a part of the recipe. Otherwise why even bother calling it carrot cake?"

Vicky chimed in to Faro and Sophia after finishing a bite of taco.

Samus gave a small smile, then looked to Victoria. "Thanks for clearing that up."

 

[Zepherus14]

"Because they ran out of other things to call the cake?" Sophia replied back, before shaking her head and eating some more taco. "Cakes are weird... I'll have tacos any day really."

Faro shrugged. "English is strange." he said.
