"Thank you." Samus told EMliy, then was quiet for a second. "I apologise for not assisting you infiltrate the building. I am not a great stealth operative..." Her helmet tilted slightly as if she was looking away in shame.
The officer relayed this information to the Special Unit team, who then moved out towards the building.

While following the suni with its quickened walk, the bug noticed a striped skink lizard sitting hidden between the grasses. Not being worried about the suni getting away, the bug stopped momentarily to look at the lizard more carefully, not being sure what it was looking at with how the lizard was well camouflaged. Recognising the lizard as edible, the bug walked towards it and scooped it up with its right pincer as the lizard began moving away, then resumed following after the suni. With the limbs the pincers were attached to being to small to bring the lizard to its mouth, the bug held on to the lizard for the time being.
Although it had lost sight of the suni, it didn't take long for the bug to catch up to it by following its scent and the noise it produced. After a few more minutes of stalking it, the suni succumbed to the venomand doubled over. At this point, the bug placed the lizard on the ground and placed its right paw on its tail so it couldn't escape, then bit off its head and ate it, followed by eating the rest.
Turning its attention to the now-dead suni, the bug walked up to it. Unlike the previous times when it fed where it stuck its head in an orrifice and ate away from there, this time, the bug bit into an area several times, with a little space between the bites to make a hole, then pulled away the hide to get to the flesh. This made the time it spend feeding a little longer, but prevented the entirety of its head being covered in blood. Once it finished eating the kuni, the bug walked away, its sides bulging outwards due the amount it ate. Putting some distance between itself and the area where it fed, the bug dug a hole again, climbed inside and cocooned itself.

"It's no problem. And don't feel so bad, no one's best at everything. You seem more the type who belongs on the front lines." She heard the sounds of footsteps in the distance and caught the police units marching towards the school, "Speaking of which, I think the special units are moving towards the building. Wanna come with and save some lives?"
Samus refocused when she heard this, standing ramrod straight and facing EMily. "That I can help with." She looked down at her arm cannon, tapping the side to reveal a panel which flipped around to show a very small control console, no bigger than a smartphone. "I will help lead the way." she proclaimed assertively, tapping in a few commands on the console before flipping it back. She walked over to the police, getting into position.

Seras found a somewhat secluded spot and, when she was sure no one was looking, started drinking the blood.

Seeing the group behind her, Samus followed behind the officers cautiously, arm cannon raised and boots leaving heavy thunks as she walked.
The police led the group through the school, to the gymnasium. When they reached their destination, they began waiting by the doors.
Samus stood in front of the doors, arm cannon raised, standing like she was bracing herself for impact. "Tell them to stay out of my way." she relayed to EMily.
"I was not going to blast the doors down. I probably have the best reaction time and aim here." Samus stated. There was not gloating or confidence in her voice, she sounded like she was stating a fact. "They open the doors, I neutralise the targets, or at least distract them so you have time to finish them off." She started charging up her arm cannon, the panels opening slightly and a golden, quietly humming energy ball appearing at the end.
