You reply to the girl that it is in your opinion the best way of life, although it isn't without danger. You tell her you aren't particularly worried about finding work, it's usually plentiful in large spaceports. You then ask her what she herself does for a living.

You wonder about the armour worn by the person you met the other day. Armour like that you've heard of, but never before have you heard of armour that can vanish at wish. It'd be convenient and useful to be sure, but everything has it's price and you suspect you'd have to sell your ship to afford it. Still, you put it on your "wish-list" for the future.

The group finds themselves back at the bay they arrived at before.

EMily materialized Photon and prepared the EM spectrum data for the flash.

Vicky hopped out of the car as soon as she could manage. Having finished off all of her food, she tossed the bag before going over to stand next to EMily.
Code:
"Ah shit. This place again?"
She angrily muttered to herself.

"Yeah, this is where we said we were going to go." She waited for the others to get ready.

"To tell you the truth, I'm still a student for a living at the moment. I make money on the odd job, but I'm not working yet officially." Sophia answered back, sounding a bit self-conscious about her current roles in life, but knowing they couldn't be helped.

Once the group made it to the dock, Sophia would quickly climb out of the car since she had a window seat. She then pulled out a small case from her bag and opened it as she glanced around at the others for a moment. Inside was a pair of glasses that didn't have any arms, she then picked them up and put them to the bridge of her nose, the glasses holding that position on her face.

'That... is a lot of water...' Sophia thought, a bit intimidated by the sheer size of the bay in front of them. [small]"So that's the bay."[/small] She said quietly out loud.

Samus walked over to EMily, still collected despite the gravity of the situation. "Have you got the signal ready?" she asked EMily.

"I didn't think ya meant the exact same spot."
Vicky said while crossing her arms.
Code:
"Hey, while we're getting ready, anyone here a good shot?"
She asked the group at large.

"Yes I have it ready. I'm going to signal to them to talk with us once everyone is ready." She said to Samus.

"Perhaps..." EMily said to Victoria in response to her query.

Once the toxins coursing through its veins finally killed the aardvark, the bug attached a thread of webbing to the ceiling it stuck on and abseiled down to the ground, cutting the strand off once its front legs touched down. Clacking its man mandibles softly and eagerly approached the aardvark's cadaver. Eating away at the cadaver, starting with the front half. With an aardvark having thick skin, the bug had a little more trouble getting to the meat, but got over that problem easily enough.

After eating just under half of the aardvark, the bug was full. With it being underground already, the bug wasn't very concerned with leaving the rest of the cadaver until later. It decided to take a precaution, however, and began moving to the entrance of the burrow. Being stuffed as it was, it couldn't move very quickly, walking slugishly and at times, dragging itself forward.

Once it was at the entrance, the bug cocooned itself, largely sealing the entrance off, with only small openings at the top remaining.

You comment quickly to Sophia that you yourself had to study for several years at an academy to be able to become a captain, but that it was well-worth it. As the cab arrives, you look out the window and realise you've only very rarely seen naval docks before. While somewhat alike spaceports, they seem much less casual in security.

You step out of the cab Seeing the woman sometimes clad in armour summon it again, you make sure your blaster is read, but you do not draw it just yet. You are about to ask EMily what the group are doing here when the lady who gave you some food ask for a good shot. You reply that you're a pretty good shot, though the range your weapon is not the best.

"Then you guys are gonna want to find good vantage points to turn this place into a kill-zone once the negotiations break down."
Victoria replied to those who answered her question.

You add to the discussion that you personally would prefer not to be out in the open if a fire-fight does break out, and jokingly ask the armoured woman if you can hide behind her if shots start whizzing.

"No." Samus replied to Shara deadly seriously, the joke lost on her. She turned her head to face Victoria, eyes boring into her from behind the visor. "I am not exactly a stealth operative."

[small]"So where do you want me to be?"[/small] Sophia asked Victoria, having a harder time looking Victoria in the face with her glasses on now.

'Given the big suit I wouldn't be surprised that's true.' Sophia thought to herself as she looked over at Samus as she'd mentioned about stealth not being her thing.

Code:
"Suit yourself. Just a suggestion to make this easier."
Vicky replied to Samus. Her ears twitched as she picked up on Sophia's quiet speech.
Code:
"Hmmm? Well, what do you think you'd be best at here?"
She asked while looking over to face her.

"I think she's already one step ahead of you there." Sophia chuckled softly. But aside from that, I don't know. I still haven't even seen these fish people before. Sophia scratched her face before replying.
