Samus, who had been sitting in place trying to rest her calm herself, looked up at Seras as she came in.

Samus got off the bed, not entirely sure what to do but settling for putting her hand on Seras' shoulder gently.
Seras looked up to Samus with teary eyes. "[sub]O-oh, sorry Samus...I should go...[/sub]" she said between sobs.
"[sub]I talked to Emily and...and then she said I wasn't allowed to go near her or her sisters. She doesn't trust me anymore...[/sub]" Seras said as she sniffled.
Samus said nothing, unsure of what to do. "...I am sure she did not mean it. There has to be some way to mend your relationship with her."
Samus said nothing, her face switching back to stoic mask mode to make sure Seras didn't see her uncertainty. She gave Seras what she hoped was a reassuring slight shake of the shoulder.
"...you'll be OK." Samus said earnestly, not sure if it was the right thing to do but figuring she might as well try and cheer Seras up.
Samus' words didn't seem to fix the problem entirely, but Seras at least nodded a little and stopped crying.
Seras nodded again while standing up. She then hugged Samus. "Thanks. I'm sorry for bothering you like this." she said while still hugging.
Samus froze up, not really comfortable with the physical contact, gingerly giving Seras a pat on the back.
Seras pulled away after a minute and sniffled some more. "You should go back to resting." she said, still sounding down.
