Mat had dashed for the bus as soon as the bullets began flying. That hadn't stopped several of them trying to kill him, though, and he dispatched them quickly, taking their strange weapons with him. Those would be immensely useful, he knew. He'd need to get as many as he could find, they would be indispensable at Tarmon Gaidon. "Get in!" He shouted as his companions neared. Where did Preginald go?
"Well, I deceived you, deceived you again, tricked you, distracted you and escaped from you. All while organising nuclear war!" Joel laughed.
"If its Joel we need to deal with him. Hes to great a threat to this world." Explained Eragon as they ran.
Dromaeus punched the doorframe of the bus, his serpentine face a mask of terrifying fury.
"Joel, as Shor is my witness, I swear we will hunt you down. And when we find you, I will take your skull as an ornament for my home in Skyrim."

"Why can't we confront Joel? Did he not tell you where he was?." Eragon was itching to make Joel pay for his deception.
