Just then, the device buzzed again, and a symbol appeared on the screen. Dromaeus tossed it to Foley.

"Will you deal with that thing please? That must be Joel's message."

OOC: Eh, he's not too bad most of the time, only when his more messed up posts affect the story directly, or force someone else to alter their actions.

OOC: I suddenly realize that nobody except Preginald would know how to drive, even if the bus worked like a normal one...

"Joe, no time to explain right now, but we need to get out of this city, Now!" Preginald grabbed Joe and ran out of the restaurant as fast as possible.
"B-But my Shrimp!" Joe cried as he was dragged away.
"Don't leave me here, I don't like how the manager is looking at me!" Omega yelled as he caught up.

Preginald, Joe and OJ reach the bus. Preginald hops into the drivers seat and starts the engines, ready to leave at a moments notice. Joe and Omega both take a seat.

OOC: Sorry guys but I must be off for now. Just say Preginald takes you guys where you need to be, I don't want to hold up the plot while I'm gone. Bye for now.

Resting briefly at the bus Eragon began to eat an apple. "If its a trap I think I should set it off, I've got the best chance of surviving and then putting up a fight." Eragon suggested, taking another bite from the apple.

Preginald appears and starts up the bus, which Eragon quickly boards after throwing the apple core away. Sitting down he produced his flask of faelnirv and took a swif. The elven liquor had its usual effect of ice then fire and Eragon shook his head, rejuvenated. As Dromaeus entered the bus he offered him the flask. "Its good I promise." Eragon said when he noticed the quizzical look the lizard man gave the flask.

"Uhhgg..." Will groaned as he woke up. Looking around and rubbing his head he asked, "What happened? Are we in New York? Where is Joel?" he asked the last question with much more venom.

Dromaeus took a sip from the flask, and gasped at its effects. It was strong, but he was surprised to feel more energetic, as if he had drank a potion of healing.

"It is good indeed. The taste is unusual though. I'd still prefer a flagon of mead." He sat in his seat, his mood lightening with the effects of the liquor.

"So, that voice earlier. You said that was a dragon?" As he asked the question, he saw Will sitting up, rubbing ihs head.

"Ah, General. You've finally come to your senses then?"

OOC: Have to admit Exio doesn't seem as OP as Joel also I need to use Joel for some plot stuff to do with saphira and the library (You know that over-arching plot I'm trying to set up) just wondering if it would be cool to ask before we actually get there.

"Yes and no." Eragon answered, capping the flask and returning it to his pockets. "That was the mental voice of Glaedr, my ebrithil or master in this tongue." Eragon figured he might as well reveal the Eldunari since no one here was from his world. He kept an eye on Preginald as he produced a large, gold orbseemingly from nowhere. Holding it gently he said "This is Glaedr's Eldunari, his heart of hearts. It is the ability of the dragons of my land to gift this to those they trust more than anything in the world as if the dragon's body were to die his conciousness and power would live on through hi or her Eldunari." He held up the orb so Dromaeus could see. "Sadly Glaedr was killed as was his rider and my other teacher; Oromis but he lives on through this and can assist me in times of need or provide council."

"Christ...feels like someone tried to drive a rail road spike through my skull. Well, Isn't anyone going to answer my questions?"

OOC: Also, Trilby, is your butler also a prostitute? If not...I am dissapoint.

"Joel is gone, General. He ambushed us and killed the Merc. We are going after him now. Your guns are around the floor somewhere by the way. And next time I tell you to hold your peace, do it." Then he turned back to Eragon.

"I see." Dromaeus stared intently into the swirling depths of the great golden crystal.
"Can he hear us?"

OOC: I hope not, because it's a Roomba with a stool-and-cupholder on it. I suppose I could add a dildo and Fleshlight if you insist...
Also, I think the bus would have arrived by now.

Glaedr's conciousness rose from within his Eldunari and he boomed "YOU NEED NOT ANSWER QUESTIONS I CAN ANSWER MYSELF ERAGON. Glaedr's mental weight was astonoshing as always. As the bus took off Eragon said aloud so the others could hear him "Greetings ebrithil." He said reverantly. Addressing the bus Glaedr said "I AM GLAEDR AND AS ERAGON SAID I AM HIS FORMER TEACHER, IT SEEMS WE ARE WELL MET"

OOC: I think caps would be better for Glaedr's voice but I'll change it again if it annoys anyone.

Will considered getting angry at Dromaeus, but decided it wasn't worth it. 'Save it for the dog.' he thought. He collected his revolver and reloaded the single round he had fired.

As before, Dromaeus was struck by the incredible age and wisdom of the consciousness that washed over his mind.

"WERID LOT DOVAH. DII OL DOVAHKIIN. DII OL AAN FAHDON." Then, remembering that Glaedr likely did not speak the same language as the dragons that he knew;
"Hail, great dragon. I am Dragonborn. I am a friend."
