Eragon saw Joel fall and sprang towards him. He stood over Joel and held Brisingr high. "I wished to fight you Reona but it seems fate has others plans." He plunged the swords towards the bleeding Joel. "Sé mor'ranr ono finna Reona." He said.
Alastair was confused the bullet wound went into the neck? He surveyed the scene and saw a bullet hole in the nearby window. "It wasn't me, I would have done it in more style. So who was it?" Alastair said confused as ever before.
A soldier raised his rifle. "Target is down. Reno, Rude, you're free to move in. Joel, you can fuck with them now."
"Wait, the stickman is here." a second voice said.
"What?" Joel this time.
"Yeah, he's with the president."
"Shit... Engage target."
"Copy."
Helicopter blades thudded over the warehouse. "See you in hell!" Reno yelled, firing his chaingun.
Another helicopter flew to the president's transport. "Fire all guns on my mark. Shoot to kill." the voice said.

Alastair used his new abilitiy to fly on the roof. He saw Reno. "YOU *****!" Reno shouted and fired at Alastair. Alastair lunged for the kill.

Reno saw Alastair jump. "EAT LEAD! RUDE, bring in the Phoenix!" he yelled, pounding Alastair with the chaingun while simultaneously aiming his missiles on the warehouse.
Rude sent out a red pulse, and a fiery bird appeared, crashing into the warehouse.

Brisngr pierced the chest of the fallen Joel and upon the moment of his experation Eragon glimpsed his mind. Another fake Joel. Eragon cursed and shouted "It's a trap!" as the building became peppered my fire from a helicopter. Moving to behind a thick wall. Eragon sensed for the real Joel with his mind.
"Shit,GO GO GO!!!" Reno shouted. Alastair gazed as Xavier smashed through the roof and grabbed the underside of the Helicopter. Alastair grinned and did the same. "Come on Reno." Xavier said.

Joel pushed himself up from the floor. "Morning all. So, I'm dead. You killed the Big Bad. There's celebratory cupcakes in the office. It's such a shame because, as I've been trying to drill into your mentally defunct skulls ONLY I CAN STOP THE NUCLEAR WAR. I've corrupted government officials. World leaders are about to die. Pressure will be put on the defence ministers to retaliate. It will escalate. Best thing is, I can stop it. You can't. Bad luck boys."

Alastair was reaching for Reno's feet, trying to pull him down was not easy. Xavier readyed his chainsword. He lunged Reno was sliced but did not fall. "Shit." The 2 Space Marines heard. They jumped on the helicopter Xavier jumped back off when Reno rev'd up the chaingun. "NO!" Reno shouted "Not Now!" He barked. Alastair lunged for the kill but strapped Reno into his seat. "Have a nice flight!" Alastair said as he jumped from the Helicopter afyer readying Reno's belt of grenades. BOOM! The helicopter was crashing down right behind Alastair.
Seeing Joel again. Eragon said "I never said I would kill you Joel, only fight you." With that he charged Joel his hands on his sword and a battle cry on his lips.

Reno moved from side to side, dodging the chainsword. "GO ON! KILL ME! Rude, bail out." he taunted. Rude leapt out and landed on Phoenix, who brought him safely into the warehouse.
The helicopter crashed. "Meh. PHOENIX!" Rude yelled. Phoenix screeched, and a wave of flame erupted. Reno pushed himself out of the wreckage, his wounds healing.

Dromaeus dropped down from the rafters and retrieved the Deadric arrow from the spot where Joel had been standing.

"Say hi to Rugal for me!" He turning him round and burning him to a crisp using his jet pack. Alastair spat on Reno's burnt body.

OOC: just to let you know, Phoenix's attack hits you all with a weak wave of fire and will revive Reno and Rude.

"Very well then Joel." Dromaeus said as he launched an arrow at the phoenix, trying to cripple its wings. "Explain to us why you are doing this! What exactly do you want from us, in exchange for putting an end to this war?"
