OOC: Im here as well as you two.
Alastair was bored of Travis.
Before:
"My name is Travis" The man said but Alastair saw something and walked out the restauront.
Now:
"Eragon!" Alastair shouted as he aprroched the man with caution. "I will gladly accompany you on your journey to find your dragon if you will accept me?" Alastair said beckoning to Sofia and Xavier.

Eragon turned to Alistair. "Even all of the help in the world would do no good if I do not know who is holding Saphira."
Tali approached Epsilon.
"Hey, you're the engineer for your squad, right? I'm Tali. Tali Zorah Vas' Normandy. The Commander says you wanted to talk to me about the Normandy's FTL drive problem?"
OOC: Sorry for posting this a bit late. And Trilby, if you're planning on talking a load of jargon either made up or taken from lots of Sci-fi sources, then just take Tali's part in the conversation too. I wouldn't be able to do it justice. I'll be back later.

Epsilon turned to Tali. "Right. So, explain this core of yours." he asked.
"The Normandy has an experimental core called the Tantalus Drive Core, which is almost twice the size of most cores, and uses lithium heat sinks for stealth." Tali explained.
"Okay. Never heard of the Tantalus... hmm. I'll just...Tantalus Drive Core?[footnote]OOC: anything in italics within speech marks is internal communications.[/footnote]"
"Tantalus... hmm... I seem to be getting new files from... literally nowhere. Right... It could be a static problem. Tali, have you recently discharged the Normandy's core?"

After this revelation, Takashi managed snap out of his trance, fully aware that he was surrounded by a crowd of hostile protesters and Shido was saying something.

The crowd roared in bloodlust at this and began to move towards Takashi who climbed the stage to avoid them, only for them to follow him. Shido began to laugh.

Noticing Joe #45, Takashi smirked. With a nod, the Joe clone drew another portal behind Shido's feet. Takashi focused then leapt at Shido, pushing the two of them through the portal.
They came out the other side, landing on top of Espilon, Joe #45 soon following before closing the portal.

Epsilon staggered, and drew his guns. "That's one of those stickmen... he's a friend. I don't know about the men with him."

"The kid's with us... Sort of, that guy with the glasses he has in a sleeper hold was just trying to raise some sort of cult." Joe #45 explained as he watched Takashi grapple with Shido who very desperately tried to escape.

Eragon remebered he still had the Mercs sword. He turned back to the soldiers and asked "That mercanary you killed at the police station, did you know him well?" Before they could answer Joe and Takashi tumbled out of a portal onto the men. Among them was another man. He put his hand on his sword just in case.
"The Merc? No. He was part of a project to compress all of us into one mind. Logic, and cockiness and all that. We never met him in person. Might have affected his mind. Upset the balance. He went insane. That's why we killed him." Theta explained.
Eragon produced the merc's sword. "This was his." The gem he had set into pommel hummed with the energy that Glaedr had been pouring into it to kill Joel. "I noticed something funny in his mind when I peaked at it." He handed the sword to the men. "As an apology for killing your leader."
As everyone who followed him got seated at the restaurant, Travis said, "Alright, now who wants to hear about my last contract? Doesn't matter, I'm telling you all anyway. So I came to New York City to kill this crazy businessman calling himself Yungai. A lot of people wanted him dead for his sleazy business practices, and by sleazy business practices I mean he threatened or killed any competition he had. The guy was known for being elusive, so I gave myself a few weeks to hunt him down. And guess what happened? Two days in I find this prick just walking down the sidewalk. I followed him into an alley and we fought, I won obviously, and then a few hours later I met you guys. Kinda glad I did, you guys seem like fun, and I've got plenty of time to kill since I made all my travel arrangements in advance. So what brought you guys here?"
The idiot was talking again. "I'm not supposed to be here. You get tangled up with the Dragon Reborn and suddenly life stops being simple. One day, I'm minding my own business, the next I have to travel to the bloody Blight and back to save the world for a madman. Still, better than being sent to Illian. Rand can find someone else to command the invasion of a country held by one of the Forsaken." Mat said.
"We did discharge the core about a week ago." Tali replied to Epsilon's question. "It stands to reason that you wouldn't have heard of it. Its still a classified military project, in theory anyway.The was a collaboration between the human Alliance and the turian heirarchy, kind of a peace offering between them."

As Tali discussed the FTL drives with Delta Team, Shepard noticed the young man that Gamma had attacked enter the and sit down. As he sat alone, she decided to go over, followed by her squadmate.
"Hey kid, you ok? That soldier, Gamma, he hit you pretty hard earlier."

After leaving the enchanted sword with delta squad after placing a ward over its contained power Eragon thought about one thing...after he found Saphira what would he do. Would he return and leave this world to its fate? Surely it would be the right thing to save the people of this world also. To that end Eragon had decided that once he had found Saphira he would confront Doc Sparkle and all those who would do harm in a world that was not theirs. He remembered his fight with Jack Noir and had a shocking realisation. While Eragon's wards prevented The Library from detecting and interacting with him directly it could however have observe him through a secondary means, namely Jack Noir. He needed to find his dragon and fast. Glaedr had picked up the faintest sign of Saphira and that was enough. Before he could depart however Shepard stopped to ask him a question. "I am fine, I'm stronger than I look and he underestimates me." he said.
OOC: It would be quite cool if one of one of Knifes charactershad some knowledge of Saphira or something just to drive Eragon's plot
