Ulquiorra blinked in annoyance. "I am not Spanish, I am from Heuco Mundo, the dimension where Hollows such as myself exist." He looked at Joe with his fixed green glare. "Explaining Reiatsu to something that lacks it is like explaining intelligence to an ant."
Joe turns to Reno and Rude in the helicopter. "You'd swear he was insulting me or something..."

Joe starts to reach in front of himself. "I may not know what Reiatsu is..." Joe grabs his text bubble, spinning it around so everyone can actually see it.
Joe continues to talk but no audio is heard, instead more text appears on the text bubble as he talks. "BUT this!!" Joe points to the word 'Reiatsu'. "Is probably what you're referring to!"
The word 'Reiatsu is lit up with a rather dense cloak of Reiatsu, Joe can't see the effect because he doesn't understand the what Reiatsu is, but Ulquiorra sees it clear as day.

"Impossible. You cannot just conjure Reiatsu out of thin air." Ulquiorra remarks as he watches the swirling bubble of Reiatsu appear in front of Joe. It was genuine Spiritual energy, Ulquiorra could feel it yet it seemingly appeared from nowhere. "What are you?" Demands Ulquiorra.
Charlotte set the man known as Royce on a soft bed in an adjacent building. Observing his right arm, she noticed a strange brace machinery attached to it. Looking around it, she saw the words Infinite Stratos Prototype Mk II, class 7. Stunned, she walked away, leaving Royce to the confort of the strange creature Chak.
No... It can't possibly be.... she thought. Sighing, she saw a few helicopters parked nearby. Curiously, she deployed her IS armor and glided towards them. She saw a strange stickfigure man with a speech bubble with the word "Reiatsu" in it...

Joe puts his text bubble back and continues. "Well, I'm a 2D stickman that got sent to the 3D world, thus giving me the ability to draw anything into the 2D realm, but because I'm 2D I can then use said 2D object as I please."

Ulquiorra reaches up to the bubble, grabs it and tears it apart, showering the area in Spiritual energy. Ulquiorra braces slightly against the pressure but nobody else does. "None of them are spiritually aware yet they can see me, it doesn't make sense. " Looking at Joe again he says "Reiatsu is the spirtual energy that spirits and rare humans emit. It allows the detection and interaction between spirits in a humans case whereas I use it as power."
Ulquiorra looks at the girl. "Woman, I am Arrancar, Hollow evolved to something far greater through the genius of Aizen-sama."
Joe's eyes widen as Ulquiorra. Technically, he was completely mute at this point, but quickly draws himself a new text bubble. "Hey watch it! I need that to talk!"

Charlotte let the last part settle before continuing.
