Renlen twirled his guns in annoyance. The beast man hadn't even noticed him as it turned the corner down another corridor. Looking at GS, he ran through multiple scenarios in his head and calculating the possibilities. Settling upon one, he left GS where the bot was and headed in the opposite direction of the Wolfman. Activating his optical enhancements for darkened areas, he sat down against the wall and faced the corridor. Resting his guns on his knees, Renlen commanded GS to patrol the floor and map out the area whilst highlighting any oddities in the mental map. As GS set off, Renlen leaned back and thought "Pew, pew." as he pointed his guns at the end of the corridor. Resting them again, he closed his eyes and listened and waited.

Renlen was easily the bigger threat as he could remove Swiftrunner advantage of hiding. He issued a mocking challenge to try and provoke action from Renlen. "I have a score to settle with you -snarl- human" He shouted before relocating to another room.

Joel cannoned along the road, dodging between cars and vans, even skidding his bike under a lorry. Mike... I'm coming for you! Joel roared to the smoking building that was the hotel. Blood on the road... MY blood on the road... He slammed on the brakes and got off the bike. "MICHAEL! GET THE FUCK OUT HERE!" he bellowed, drawing the handgun he'd pick-pocketed from Simmons for safety. He entered the hotel and said "Hello Jane. Anyone arrived in the past little while?" he asked the receptionist. She nodded. Could it be... Renlen?

Ok, looks like A LOT happened while I was off. I've skimmed through most of it though, so here it goes.

Alek went about making some repairs to the walker. He wasn't a mekanist, not a proper one, but he had learned over the last few weeks just how the stormwalker worked. Suddenly, he heard a commotion from far off in the building. Alek, curious, went to the stairs. The sounds were coming from below... and nearby. With that, he pulled out his pistol and continued creeping down the stairs. Something was definitely happening, something big.

There was a jumble of voices, Rugal's voice was shouting something about world conquest, that he could easily make out. Damn, Alek thought, he's found us so soon? Mixed in with that was Joel's voice, Mike's voice, and Swiftrunner's characteristic snarl. Alek just made it to the entrance to the floor when he looked in. The conference room was being blown apart, Joel was still in there, apparently fighting Rugal. Outside Mike and Swiftrunner were fighting, well, fighting may have been a bit generous since Swiftrunner had Mike pinned to the wall. The delicate alliance was coming apart, Alek knew it, he couldn't trust any of them.

With that, he dashed back up the stairs to the stormwalker. First things first, he had to escape. After that, he'd consider his options.

Twitching slightly at the beast's shout, Renlen repositioned his head so that his ear was pointed towards the general direction the sound had come from. He began counting the seconds in his head whilst he checked GS's progress with the map. Apparently, the beast had burst forth from a large room which GS's had marked as a priority to be checked after the danger had been dealt with. Renlen resumed listening and counting.

Joel crept up the stairs and saw a figure above, waiting, with a floating orb (OOC: Is Renlen still on the stairs, or in the hallway?). Renlen.
"I come in peace, Renlen. Look, I'm unarmed." Joel said, slipping the gun into his pocket. "If you talk to Mike, you'd find out that I'm on your side!"

OOC: What a time for my parents to go and say. He we went to IKEA and bought some stuff. Help us put them together. Been busy with that.

Having managed to get in to some room, Sear Drop was freaked out when the lights came back on.
Looking around and trying to hear anything, all he could hear was distant sounds of fighting.
I need to get out of this building. Hiding in this room won't help me for ever
Peaking out through the door, Sear Drop tried to look if he could see the wolf. Not seeing it, he came out of the room slowly.
Seeing the corridor empty, Sear Drop jumped up a bit and started hovering in the corridor.
Hearing a snarl coming from one way. Sear Drop bolted towards the opposite side trying to flee from the wolf.

Joel crept up the stairs and saw a figure above, waiting, with a floating orb (OOC: Is Renlen still on the stairs, or in the hallway?). Renlen.

My character is in the hallway siting against the wall opposite the corridor leading to the conference room, but GS isn't with me. It's patrolling the halls, mapping the place out and set to flash if it encounters anything before analysing their risk factor and deciding on zapping them or not. Also because GS isn't with me I can't 'talk'. Well I can via mental channels but that would disrupt GS's partolling.

Grinding his teeth at the sound of Joel's voice, Renlen tried to ignore him and focus on where the beast had gone.

Joel looked around. "RENLEN! I AM GIVING YOUR POSITION AWAY TO THE TWO MEN IN THIS BUILDING WHO WISH TO KILL YOU! Come with me if you want to live!"

I moved through the hallways quickly, running silently. I wanted to find Swiftrunner and I wanted his head. As I burst around a corner, however, I found someone entirely different. Joel. And he was talking to... Renlen!

well, fighting may have been a bit generous since Swiftrunner had Mike pinned to the wall.

OOC: Aw, thats not fair. I was holding my own!

Swiftrunner could smell Joel now. He would have to try again later there was no way he could kill 2 armed humans and a magical wolf.

Roaring Swiftrunner sprinted for the conferance room, which was deserted now, and began to scale the building down. He would hunt them later but for now he guessed he would have to wait and try later.

He roared back at the tower before fleeing into the streets of the city.

Joel sensed the spiritual energy surrounding Mike approach Renlen.
"Uh-oh, is someone coming to kill you Renlen? You'd better COME WITH ME!"

Renlen couldn't focus with Joel's shouting. That and he was really good at pissing him off. Opening his eyes, he flashed Joel an annoyed look before holstering his Fiveseven and getting up. He walked towards Joel and looked at him. Somewhere at the back of his head it ticked that Joel wasn't human but right now he didn't care. Renlen raised his already curled fist and punched Joel in the face, stopping whatever was streaming out his mouth at the time, before turning around and resuming his vigil at the wall. He took a small satisfaction in what he had just done as he retrieved his Fiveseven and began listening again.

Snealking up behind Renlen as he approached Joel, I raised my kukri. As he punched Joel, I grabbed him and put the kukri to his throat.

"I've got a bone to pick with you."

Joel felt the fist strike him. "Renlen, I just got out of hospital after being hit with a fucking laser and thrown through the roof... and dropped on my head from three floors up and I'm still standing. What did you expect that to do? Now, seriously, come with me. Oh dear, now look what's happened. MICHAEL! Don't hurt him. Don't let him go... We need to talk."

Joe entered the conference room hitching a ride on an air current and floating upwards. He looked around, something had definitely happened while he was away.

"I couldn't hear anything with the printing press running, what happened?!"

*pulling a paper out of his pocket, he spoke into it on the radio channel to see if anyone would respond*

"Hello is anyone there?"
